It's great to have free airport shuttles. It is a very clean hotel. The employees are courteous and helpful.

As per advertised. Very close to airport and it has shuttle service round the clock. Very clean and good breakfast. It has a few convenient stores and local restaurants on a nearby street.

1) The distance between Baiyun Airport and this hotel is 5.4km not 1.8km as indicated in your website.
2) Call the reception 5 time in total, the reception did not advise that the arrival hall of Baiyun airport have a few zone. And happen my arrival zone is A which is 15 mins walk to departure hall door 29 to call them for transport. Baiyun departure hall do not have door 29 but is at level between arrival and departure. My goodness
3) Finally reach door 29 to call hotel at 0007hrs after first call hotel at 2340hrs. Reception said 10 to 15mins at last airport hotel transport arrived 35mins later.
Don't feel like giving any star.

Everything great. The room is big and comfortable. The shower hot and powerful and the bed put me to sleep very quickly. I enjoyed my short stay here and will stay again on my way through. I loved the wee robot delivering food to the rooms.

The room is nice, clean and spacious. Counter staff are friendly. Airport pick up to hotel is available and is free.

a newly constructed and clean hotel providing free shuttle bus service to the airport around the clock. Offering all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Including a well organized breakfast with a large variety of options and fresh ingredients. It is worth trying.

Most importantly: excellent pickup service. Clean spacious room. There is no hum from airplanes. Quick check-in with payment at the hotel
