Atour Hotel Taikoo Hui, Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou

it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a team of incredibly kind and polite staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothEntering our room, we were greeted with a sense of pristine cleanliness that immediately put us at ease. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud! The plush bedding and comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day ahead. And let's not forget about breakfast - a delightful array of delicious options awaited us each morning. From freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, there was something to satisfy every palate. Each meal was expertly prepared and served with a smile, further enhancing our overall experience.

Great service. Loved the hotel location. Atour never disappoints. However it could be better if staff could communicate in English.

We have enjoy to stay at Atour TaiKoohui. Generous and helpful hotel staff. Variety choice of breakfast buffet. Everything is good. We shall return again during our next visit to Guangzhou. Family trip with 13 adults (age 40-75) 1 kids at 6 years old.

Good location, lots of restaurant nearby. Clean is room and new. Lots of choice for breakfast buffet. You won't regret if you choose to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend.

Very strategic location right in the middle of TaikooHui , you stay in the most luxe area of Guangzhou. Hotel breakfast is great, free laundry machine and midnight snack provided and it’s great! The only thing is the daily housekeeping must be improved, no changing of bedsheet daily so basicly they just cover the whole bed with existing bedcover (not in a tidy way), did not clean dirty dish from our room, they threw away first day shower cap and did not replenish with a new one until the very last day of our stay. It felt like they only replenish the new towel and that’s it from the housekeeping. So coming back from a full day outside we expect our room to be cleaned and freshen up, and quite disappointed that’s not what we got from staying in the Atour. Hope they can have improvement in the housekeeping next time.

The stay was very pleasant. Rooms and the facilities are clean and transportation is convenient. Would definitely recommend it!

Nice spacious space in a more quiet area. But it’s convenient to get around. Close to the subway. My family enjoyed the stay!

The hotel my personal rating. 4.5 stars and recommend to foreign business traveler, convenient to reach Taxi -‘d short walking distance from Line 3 train station , Their reception staffs are friendly and helpful, as a foreign traveler whose encountered issues during my stay , extra help from Mr Xiao Yao and Ms Yan Ruo which I appreciated !☺️
