It is a wonderful option to stay in Guangzhou. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located a few meters from the pedestrian street and that gives it a privileged location to move around on foot. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am and there are good Chinese and Western menu options. Just note that it is no longer a hotel operated by Holliday inn but is now called Voco.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

This is the first Yaduo hotel our family stayed in China, but it is definitely not the last one. When we checked in the hotel, because we couldn't speak Chinese, we were worried that we couldn't check in. Unexpectedly, the waiter at the front desk of the hotel thoughtfully prepared a translation tool for us. It was really a very considerate operation. Because it's my first time here, we want to visit the Guangzhou Tower. After learning about it, the manager of the hotel took the initiative to plan the itinerary for us, and also used English standard time nodes and road maps throughout the whole process. This is a service I have never had in any hotel. Yaduo Hotel is an eye-opener. This is a warm hotel!There is no doubt that we will check in again. Thank you!

Everything else is very good. The garden room can see the big park. The only downside is that the sewer pipes are too noisy. There are many people who use water after 7 o’clock in the morning, and the water is rumbling, (such as video) that can wake people up. It can be noisy for three hours, and then the grandparents in the park play music and sing in the park in the morning, so they can’t sleep. It’s not suitable for people who sleep late. It’s more convenient to eat in the cafeteria downstairs and it’s not expensive. It's free. The house is like an adverti*****t. I forgot to take photos. I wanted to stay for three nights. I didn't sleep well for two consecutive days and could only change to another hotel.

Location : Hotel located at old town area. And consider a bit far from Metro station, although there's shuttle ferry service nearby, but not helping much. Service : Front desk staffs are good. Cleanliness : Although this hotel is only opened since 2021, but it seems that there's no maintenance on the facilities. Housekeeping cleanliness not up to standard though. Amenities : Nothing much nearby the hotel, 600m walk to 7-E. Consider local residence housing area. If you are looking for hotel with big room, yet don't mind the distance from metro. Guangzhou Thirteenth Line is the most suitable hotel for wholesalers. close to market The air conditioning equipment is complete and the air conditioner cools down quickly. The environment is clean and hygienic. The family room we set is spacious. You can see the scenery outside by the window, especially at night. It is very convenient to go to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. We walked slowly and received us. I don’t know if it’s the boss. Very enthusiastic, The only downside is that the hot water supply time is not long. If you take a bath, you have to wash it quickly, otherwise there will be no hot water, and you have to wait for 15-20 minutes.

Check in process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It took me more than 20mins and I still wasn’t check in. At 2pm+, I booked 2 rooms twin bed, only 1 room is available.. otherwise the room is comfortable and location is nearby to Beijing road shopping district.

The environment and hygiene are good. The room I booked was too small and the beautiful woman at the front desk took care of the problem immediately. Parking is quite convenient. In order to avoid parking problems, it is recommended to tell the front desk in advance like me. Please reserve a parking space for them.
