Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

We stayed for 2 nights here. We got a smart room where we do not have to use the key card to activate the room's electricity. However, it took us sometime to figure out how and with the help of the staff. The staffs are very friendly and seems like it is run by young people. The toilet in the room is also very strange, not the typical toilet. The glass door is shared between the toilet and the shower screen. The basin is located at the bed area. I personally do not like the toilet. It is also a street away from the Beijing Road walking street and many eateries around the vicinity. The hotel breakfast were also good although its the same menu for the 2nights we're there. They even provide supper (i.e fruits and maggie noodles). For breakfast menu, do try the noodles soup and soy bean drink. The only downside to this hotel is its soundproofing. If your room is facing the streets, be prepared that it gets very noisy even past 10pm at night. There's even loud music coming off from the push carts downstairs. Suggest to get ear plugs from the reception if you're a light sleeper. It took me sometime to get used to the sound and sleep through the noise. I will only recommend this hotel if you're planning to spend more time at Beijing Road walking street. Or if you like the bustling night life.

(+) - Smart room (Voice control lighting and curtain) with projector, able to chill and watch movies/shows at night - Heated toilet bowl (with bidet etc), great for cold season - excellent location - space is on the smaller side but good for couples with 1 medium and 1 cabin size luggage (-) - First thing first, CIGARETTE smell on day 1 check-in. Not sure if is from the previous guest, but I can still smell a hint of it until the next morning. There is a smoke detector but it is covered with paper and scotch tape, not sure who did that. Quite disturbing for me who doesn't smoke. - Overall cleanliness should be improved, there are bottles and tissue under the clothing rack, with dusty corners. - Lift is shared with others (level 2 and 3 was escape room and something else, couldn't remember exactly). But card access is needed for the hotel level.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — the construction during the period only affected us on our first day (cleaning of windows). It was the NYE/New Year’s period and the Beijing Road area was always bustling and crowded but the security here did their jobs well. The room facilities are also new and clean. Only downside was the hdmi port of the TV wasn’t really accessible, but Apple TV casting could be used. The security was also friendly to us as we had some parcels throughout our stay. Oh and, Mcdonalds and Chagee (and many other malls) are located right beside the hotel — score!

Checking in was a quick process and apparently this hotel chain is a big player in Guangzhou so expect a lot of activities. Housekeeping is provided daily but they missed out on the bed for one day during my stay. Breakfast is simple but good with drinks and limited fruits. Location is very convenient as it’s right smack at Beijing Road. As mentioned by other travelers, there’s only one elevator serving the entire building so expect a longer waiting time. The bonus about this hotel is their free laundry service.

All the receptionist on duty are very helpful and so it’s the cleaning staff When my room air con suddenly default , they immediately change my room which is much appreciated. The only uncomfortable issue is the lif is shared by other tenants in the same building therefore it’s better to ask the staff to accompany if you are single lady travelling . Another issue is the gym room is really minimal equipment and located at another floor which they didn’t on the light at all except the gym room and the maintenance office which is quiet eerie when I went there to have a look. Water pressure is good and even better than some 5 star hotels in Europe .

I checked in during the trade fair and there were a lot more people than usual. The good thing is that the location is very close to the Beijing Road business district and is very convenient. The room is very clean and the management is acceptable. There are no insect problems that others have mentioned. There is a dedicated person to take care of the room every day. Customers can respond quickly when communicating via WeChat. It is easy to find a dedicated person to help. About 10 minutes is acceptable. The only thing I have to say is that the house really shows signs of age. There are stains on the glass windows, ceilings, and wall heights. And don’t expect the quality of the shower gel and shampoo provided in the room. It is recommended to bring your own. The most important thing is to wait. The elevator time is really long. In a building that is both commercial and residential, there will be a lot of outsiders waiting for the elevator, so you have to allow an extra 10 minutes before going out. Overall, it's okay and acceptable. I really don't lie.

According to LP Lonely Planet, the hotel is located in a somewhat run-down commercial and residential building, with different commercial and entertainment floors. Many young people and takeout delivery people come and go. But the 10th floor where we stayed was very clean and quiet, with a security peephole and free laundry. Clothes dryer. Our room has 180-degree large glass windows with open views, basic facilities, quiet air conditioning, hot and powerful shower, good Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch large TV that can only watch online TV. Downstairs is Huifu. There is a gourmet restaurant on East Road, Beijing Road is nearby and it is a 10-minute walk to Gongyuanqianji Railway Station. This hotel is cost-effective.

When traveling to Guangzhou, I recommend staying in a B&B. Yuexiu Longtengli is a bustling metropolis. Line 1 is at the door, and buses connect to all directions. Adjacent to the specialty store, you can find all kinds of snacks. Guozi scallion pancakes, you have to wait in line. Being in a downtown area, there are also many attractions, such as a farmers' training center and the tombs of martyrs. Feifei's private apartment is exactly what I wanted. The old private building looks like a crouching tiger hidden in a forest. The decoration is tasteful and comparable to that of a big restaurant. The bay is not too big and the functions are all excellent. There are many famous brands of appliances, so you don’t have to worry about using them. The floor is clean, the walls are clean, and the white undershirt protects the bed. Pocket pot and stove, suitable for cooking simple meals. There is also a large terrace where you can enjoy tea with friends. This time I stayed in a B&B, which was as cozy as home. I feel emotional in my heart and leave my essay online. The hotel is well-located, just 100 meters north of Beijing Road, the famous pedestrian road also a tourist attraction. The room was clean and spacious, though some facilities were a bit old. The hotel even has an outdoor swimming pool. The TV was a bit old fashioned, only a limited channels were available. The breakfast was excellent, the variety of Chinese and European style food on offer was almost 5-star.

This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

Pre-booked the education hotel has an advantage in the price of hotels in Guangzhou. Staying for two days was much better than expected. The location is near the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and there are three subway stations around. Although they are all some distance away, it is good to walk around.
