The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

The location is excellent. Restaurants food are good with variety. The cleaning needs to improve as I told the cleaner the bed had yogurt sour smell, she didn’t change the quilt cover and bed sheet, only did easy job-changed the pillow covers. At night I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Then I rang the service and told them the situation. They sent 2 room service ladies and changed the bed sheets and quilt covers straight away.

Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

A few hundred meters to the west of the hotel is the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, a few hundred meters to the northwest is Yuexiu Park, Zhenhai Tower, Wuyang Statue and Yuexiu Mountain Stadium. A few hundred meters to the south of the overpass is the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street area, which is convenient for travel and leisure. But not noisy or crowded. 🤪🤪The following is my personal opinion: 1. There is no elevator in the basement. 🤣🤣Guests need to carry their suitcases and go up the stairs to the lobby. Unfortunately, I parked at B2 and was shocked to find that I had to carry my suitcase up two and a half flights of stairs! Looks like it's only suitable for people traveling with a driver and secretary. Hey, I remembered that this is the provincial government guest house! 2. The breakfast buffet is only 3-star level. Our room has 180-degree large glass windows with open views, basic facilities, quiet air conditioning, hot and powerful shower, good Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch large TV that can only watch online TV. Downstairs is Huifu. There is a gourmet restaurant on East Road, Beijing Road is nearby and it is a 10-minute walk to Gongyuanqianji Railway Station. This hotel is cost-effective.

It was a very good stay experience. This time I was visiting Guangzhou specifically for the Chinese New Year. I chose Pengman International Apartment. I felt good after checking in. It is next to Mayflower Commercial Plaza on Beijing Road and there is a shopping mall downstairs. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The subway station The entrance is also downstairs, which is very convenient for traveling. In particular, the room service lady was very enthusiastic and helped solve some minor problems in a timely manner. I would like to express my praise. You can also cook, there are kitchen utensils, and you can make simple Western meals no problem. The disadvantage is that the air conditioning equipment is a bit loud, which affects it a bit at night.
