Yuexiu Hotel Guangzhou, Curio Collection by Hilton

We chose to stay at Yuexiu Hotel on the last day of our vacation. We were deeply impressed by the good and attentive service of the hotel staff. From the moment you get off the car, open the door, carry your luggage, and check in, every staff member greets you with a smile, making you feel warm and comfortable. Fancy, who checked in at the front desk, would solve problems in a timely and efficient manner. We booked a suite for one night. The suite included breakfast and could not be canceled. We had to leave early the next day and had no time to have breakfast. Miss Fancy happily arranged meals for the day and sent us to the restaurant. . We checked in early and the room had not been cleaned yet. Special arrangements were made to upgrade us to a luxurious suite. The room was arranged as quickly as possible. Our luggage was sent to the room and the key card was sent to the restaurant for us. We also added WeChat to communicate with us in time. , see what we need. The concierge STEVEN enthusiastically arranged our itinerary, rented a car, and booked a car for the next morning. All of this made us feel their care and sincere consideration for their guests, which made us feel like spring breeze. There are many varieties of breakfast, and most of them are freshly cooked and delicious. Not only in terms of service, the hotel's hardware decoration is also very unique. The hotel is newly renovated, and the various decorations are very Lingnan characteristics. The suite we stayed in was very large, equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and even an oven and range hood. It was just like an apartment. You could even start a meal directly after buying ingredients. There is a Hema Fresh Food next door. The room decoration is simple and bright, and the furniture is mainly walnut color. Each functional area is divided reasonably. The hotel is in a very good location, facing the east gate of Yuexiu Park. It is convenient for visiting Yuexiu Park. It is not far from Beijing Road and Dongshankou, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. In short, among the hotels I stayed at during this vacation, this one is the most worth staying in and recommending!

I haven’t been back to Guangzhou for a long time. I miss this hotel very much. It has been renovated a lot. The breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor is various. There are enthusiastic staff in the front hall, a good-looking guy and a beautiful girl. The guest rooms are full of enthusiasm. Sister, the room is still as clean and tidy as before, and there is a new laundry room, and the washing machine also has a drying function, so you don't have to worry about the clothes not drying for several days. Love this hotel. Facilities: Laundry room, quick wash, spin and dry in one Hygiene: Clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub bags. Environment: The environment is beautiful, the decoration is exquisite, and the photos are very artistic. Service: The front office service is very good and will always care about your needs. Delicious snacks in the lobby and heart-warming tea in the lobby: Delicious and healthy Luo Han Guo tea is provided, paired with snacks.

Transfer to Guangzhou to take the high-speed rail, hurriedly booked the hotel, and mistakenly entered the small North Black gathering area. When taking a taxi, the driver specifically asked to be careful. The hotel is small, the sanitary conditions are very poor, the location is not good, although the name is Xiaobei Subway Station, but it takes 13 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station and go up and down the overpass. There are a lot of international friends in the hotel, and you must pay attention to your belongings when you travel. Don't enter the Xinjiang restaurant next to the hotel, dirty and messy, no service.

The place was quite convenient and experience was generally good. One turnoff was a pungent smell that came from the toilet. Don’t know if it’s a drainage issue but despite being clean the smell never went away. I hope they fix that. Otherwise, pretty ok experience and cheap. 8/10

Very close to Xiaobei Metro station (about a kilometer). The receptionist is extremely nice and helpful. She was very welcoming 🙂. The hotel itself is pretty old and could do with some serious revamp, especially with regards to cleanliness and the bathroom. The shower situation needs serious attention because there are leaks almost all over the bathroom. I had a good stay overall.

First of all: the price is his advantage, it is worth mentioning. Then: the location is very bad, there are no convenience stores nearby, some are expensive, and there are no breakfast shops. Facilities: There are only three pairs of slippers, and the front desk cannot be called. wifi: not easy to use, can't connect.
