The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.

It was very troublesome to register at the front desk. I struggled for a long time. I didn’t follow the rules when turning off the lights in the room.
