I immediately communicated with Ctrip about this matter, and Ctrip responded very quickly. Nearly a little, I was awakened by a phone call similar to a fire alarm again. The front desk hoped to give a small gift compensation, and I refused with anger! Check out the next morning and communicate again. The front desk said that this is the hotel's room inspection system. After the early morning handover, the security will check all the vacant rooms. This time, the security operation is a mistake. I am very sorry. After Ctrip intervened again, the other party manager called to explain the apology and hoped to compensate for the 50% discount on the room rate. However, when I said that I didn't need any compensation, I wanted to truthfully reflect the experience of this stay in the review, the other party hung up the phone! When Trip.com finally reported the communication results on the phone, I expressed my own demands, and Trip.com expressed support: whether it is a hotel or a third-party platform, customers have the freedom to comment, and Trip.com compensates 50% off the room rate. In fairness, the hotel is large and new, but the management should not simply and rudely ignore the safety interests of the guests. If there is improvement in this aspect, it is undoubtedly still a good choice for Guangning.

This is the first time I visited this hotel. I am very satisfied with the family room in the small county, as shown in the picture. The supporting things are a bit surprised, very good, the room supporting is also very suitable for children to play. Two large beds can accommodate four people and it is very cost-effective. The matching western restaurant tastes very good and will continue to support it. Five-star praise is appropriate.

I never actually stayed here because the Covid-19 policies didn’t allow foreigners to stay. This was frustrating because I’ve stayed in a number of Vienna’s throughout China - without issue - in the last 18 months. However, the staff were very apologetic and prompt to return my fee to me. Furthermore they helped me find another location which would allow foreigners to visit and gave me clear directions. Because of my experience I can’t comment on rooms, etc. however I will say that this branch of Vienna in particular should revisit their working practices and remain consistent with the chain at large. That said, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Located in the commercial area, the hotel itself has a supporting restaurant and there are many restaurants around. Hotel decoration and supplies are old, but the room hygiene is really good, the service staff is more friendly. The breakfast buffet is a traditional Cantonese morning tea, with a variety of varieties and good products, and the elderly like it. To complain, the reservation request is to arrange a non-smoking room as much as possible, but the check-in arranged a room with a smoking column at the door. After the reflection, the front desk arranged to move, or the response was faster, and the implementation was in place. Two days down, I feel good.

It is very popular and very good. I still like the environment very much. It is comfortable and clean. The point is that the room does not smell of smoke. A few days ago, because I didn’t book a room at the Guanghai Hotel, I stayed in other hotels in the county seat. The room smelled of smoke and uncomfortable. The Guanghai Hotel is still very good 👍

The design of the hotel looks high-end atmosphere, European design is mainly located in a better location in Guangning, it is also possible to go shopping, backed by Cuizhu Park, it is very convenient to get up the next morning to climb the mountain. The mountain is not high, the greening is good, the mountain climbers seem to be locals, I believe it is a good place for locals to exercise. But when I entered the hotel lobby and room, I smelled a lack of air circulation. It seemed to be a bit musty. I hope the hotel will find a way to eliminate the smell of the hotel in terms of air circulation. It has been officially listed as a four-star hotel. This should be dealt with. Otherwise, guests will feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the lobby and room. There are fewer varieties of breakfast, but they can also eat, and the Chinese restaurant is good! Parking is also convenient!

The waiter was very good, took the initiative to help change the mahjong table, the room was clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, about half an hour from the tourist area of Guangning Forest Park, and the road to the tourist area was the ancient water river on the side of the bamboo forest, it was worth staying.

Going home and passing by Guangning, it is too traffic jam. There is no way to look at the nearest hotel on the highway. It is only a few kilometers away from the city. The reputation is not bad. The price is relatively affordable compared to other hotels. There is breakfast. I booked the hotel immediately after the high speed. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the hotel. It is quite close. Fortunately, there is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The security guard helps to guide. Although it is charged, the hotel is fully reimbursed, which is equivalent to free parking. Many people at the front desk are checking in. It can be seen that the hotel is really good. The waiter was also very good. I saw that the children gave a small gift 🎁, as well as small flag stickers, windmills, and the children were very happy. The service was quite good. There was also tea. I checked in. It was very fast, because it was late, I went to the room to wash quickly. The water pressure is quite sufficient, the toiletries are very new, the dental appliances are also the theme, very good-looking, even the WiFi is quite fast, the room space is quite large, the bathroom is also very large, more comfortable, the next day because the road is early, the hotel just has breakfast, ask the front desk if you can give it away, The front desk was very enthusiastic and said that you can go directly to the 3rd floor to report the room number.
