Our hosts Rafael and Veronica went above and beyond with hospitality. Such a cute place to stay. Located in a more quiet residential area, it is about a 15 minute walk to the center. We called our hosts when we arrived, they did not mind that we were an hour early. They gave us the grand tour of the lovely bed and breakfast where they have spent the last two decades creating this uniquely curated, warm, establishment. Each room has its own theme, we were charmed that they upgraded us just because they had space, to the sirena suite. As we had just gotten married this was a lovely surprise. They were doing construction renovations on the garden but there was a dining room and library common spaces to hang out in, as well as a small kitchenette where they had a mini fridge for guests and offered a continental style breakfast of coffee, toast, jams, sweet bread, and fruit in the morning. There is filtered water and multiple internet connections located around the establishment to keep you connected and hydrated. We were there to see the town but the stay felt like an extended home. The feeling we got was one of staying with a close relative rather than staying in a hotel. Rafa even took our car keys and parked our car inside their gate while we went to the city. Walking at all hours of the day felt safe. When we checked out the next day, our car was waiting out front for us.
