Truly the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in at 14 o'clock, I was told that there was no clean room. I understood that it was a holiday. I went to eat first. After an hour and a half, I came back to the front desk and said that it had not been cleaned yet. I had to wait for at least half an hour. This was intolerable, not to mention coming at 12 o'clock. Even if I am in line when I pick up the hot spring ticket and my ID has been verified, we can officially check in from 14 o'clock. Isn't one and a half hours enough? I would like to thank the front desk manager Addy for handling the complaint in a timely manner. Thumbs up. Secondly, the breakfast should be at Hanting level. Went there at 8 o'clock and there wasn't much. I wanted to add some vinegar to the fried pancakes, but the vinegar tasted nothing but bitter. When the buns are taken out with a tong, there is no change in the surface shape, just this hardness. However, there are many parent-child activities in the store, and the swimming pool is not deep, so it is suitable for bringing children. Across the road is Central Park, with many children's facilities, so it is good for children to spend the weekend.
