Save your money and book a different hotel. This place was loud in the weekends. There’s a mall adjacent to the entrance that has restaurants on the patio that all had live bands playing until the late hours of the night. The hotel service was lacking. I asked for towels 3 times and never received any. My wife noticed dust, dirt and nail clippings on the floor in our room. The food for the breakfast buffet was not impressive. They don’t offer COVID tests, but they’ll call an outside company to come to your room. The front desk said it would be $60 per person and the nurses that admitted the tests said it was $80 per. I asked for a shuttle to the airport (they charged me 380 pesos = $18) and thought they’d send us in one of the shuttles they have parked outside the hotel. No, they just called an Uber to take us; I could’ve done that and saved myself $10.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I had to say I was very satisfied after checking in. Especially seeing the environment, many rooms are on the first and second floors, and then the first floor is arranged to face the sun, which is very good. But then more and more problems were discovered. The breakfast that comes with you can only eat fruits and drinks? The rest have to add money. The most annoying thing is the wifi. I was on a business trip. How to use the computer without wifi and how to communicate with China. The anger exploded quickly. Although Ctrip's customer service has been communicating, the hotel will not solve the problem. The computer can't connect to wifi before leaving.

The hotel was freaking amazing. Breakfast with Mario Alcolcer was perfect. The service I received was top tier. Will be coming back! The hotel was clean and relaxing. The safety of Ramada was good. The pool was also great and don't forget about the view.

The hotel is located just two streets from Cintermex and Fundora Park. I think it is one of the best options if you need to go to these places, not only for the neighborhood, but also for what is the new hotel, because it is located in a square that is still in construction. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, they are following appropriate health measures and the cleaning of all facilities is very good. I recommend it and would be my first option in the next trip to Monterrey.

I will start defining it with a positive word: INCRIPTION. I have had the opportunity to meet many hotels in this chain, which is generally very good, but this has been the best of all, near the airport, imperfect facilities, on a major road, Beside a shopping square... and the best: PERSONAL ACTIVITIES, FABULOSA!!! I recommend it 100%.

Customer service is amazing. From desk, restaurant, lobby staff, maintenance and cleaning crew… everyone with the best attitude and so helpful. Thank you! We started only one night, but I’m sure we’ll be back as this is an amazing place to stay
