This is a truly great place , top of list the staff are great bunch of lovely people.The cost was amazing so reasonable,lovely garden miniature orange tree right out side the door,flowers and swimming pool. It took a bit to get our bearings but once you do its very central and guess what the hotel taxi was clean , courteous and a great driver so use him if you are at all worried.. Good restaurant excellent staff and menu and great hot coffee

Location is very good. Also the staff was nice. There is a beautiful garden that is good to chill. The place is dirty. Not enough bathroom for the quantity of beds. For me, it seems that no one care about the hostel, maybe too many people with few resposabilities. Also the staff made a lot of noise on the bedroom (the ones who are living there), like they were at their own houses. There is no ”travel people mood”, it seems a place with no owner. I would never come back.

The poor service and training of your staff, people who are responsible do not know how to use your own system. The hotel was very close to the hotel, and the hotel was very close to the hotel. Two days ago I made not only the reservation, but I paid the stay in advance because I knew I was going to come to sleep only at night and I didn't want to have any trouble. The shower manager told me there were no rooms and ”obtained” a room in another hotel I had to pay again. . When they arrive at the other hotel, they receive a call from the Howard Johnson hotel saying they had found my reservation and I had to return. After this they were already over 12:45, i.e., I lost one hour of rest because the hotel manager did not ”find” my reservation in his system and made me go to another hotel to waste time. I will never stay in hotels in this chain, I really regret that they have so low their quality of service.

Travel in November 2019 in a family plan, rooms are spacious and clean, friendly staff but their only bad point is the location, the center area where you are located is nothing safe, It is about two squares from the catedral walking you get easily, but I recommend that if you go to the hotel walking during your stay, do it at good time, passing 9 pm is a lonely and unsafe place. The breakfast buffet is bad, it has no great variety of dishes, I think it can improve.

The hotel is in the historic center. Outside the restaurant on the 7th floor, you can see the church and the square next to the hotel. I did n’t know that the square was a place where many people would check in.

A taxi takes about 13-15 minutes (with smooth traffic) and costs less than 150 pesos.
Our flight arrived early in the morning, contacted the hotel in advance, and booked the car in advance by email via the hotel mailbox notified by Ctrip, and informed the flight number, number of people, baggage number, and arrival time
The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport. The 7-seat car we booked costs about 750 pesos. Tip 5 [%]-10 [%] if possible
Hotel towels are worn out, it is best to bring your own towels.
No toothpaste, toothbrush, or shower gel. Passengers are required to bring their own toiletries.
There are small pieces of soap, shampoo ...
Meal is on the 7th floor. The buffet breakfast is not suitable for Chinese taste. I eat eggs, fruits and toast for several days. Dinner is not cheap.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was small, dark and depressing. It was an interior room with the window facing the lobby and not outside. The room smelled strong of mold and paint. The toilet handle was broken. Most of the wood flood was warped and bubbled from clearly having been flooded at some point. I asked the front desk to change to an exterior room but they said none with a king sized bed were available. It was very noisy and every sound from the hallway echoed throughout out the room. I believe the was some sports team staying there and it was hard to sleep with kids running through the hall from room to room, shouting, and slamming doors constantly! I will not stay there again and recommend other nearby hotels that cost less!

Our tour booked us this hotel for the group, the hotel mentions that the language’s spoken are English and Spanish. No staff speaks English. There’s a restaurant downstairs, La Milonga. We ordered food and drinks. Waited for an hour, no service, my friend received her soup it was too salty. It was like a cup of salt in water with a pinch of mushrooms. I ordered caesar salad and a drink, 60 minutes later we left. Now the room, it’s okay but bathroom has barely hot water, no place to hang towels. No place to put soap and it’s filthy. We were told this is a newer hotel, see the pictures of shower and you get the idea. I won’t waste money on false advertising. Total disappointment.
