Do you like rooms that smell like stake smoke and aren't regularly cleaned? Do you like having no shampoo or clean towels for the duration of your multiple day stay, even after requesting them? How about staff that lie about systems being down, being out of shampoo, or needing to request any kind of room refresh despite signs everywhere saying it's done every other day? How about if you DO request turnover, it just doesn't happen? What if I told you that you could have all that and somehow less all for the low, low cost of double the rates of comparable hotels?? That's right! If this sounds like the place for you, please by all means stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton! They'll take an exorbitant amount of your money and do the bare minimum or less to make your stay as unpleasant as possible. Stay away from this outdated, unclean and poorly run establishment. It's Hilton in name only. You're better off sleeping in your car or going to literally any other hotel.
