Great location, beautiful surroundings atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Everything was closest to the motel.

The staff is very friendly. The front desk has always been helpful and accommodating! My wife and I come there to get away and relax and the staff makes that possible for us. The rooms are always clean and we always enjoy our stay.

Girlfriend and I needed an escape and gf wanted to go swimming while we were at it. We went to one hotel and the pool wasn't open. So to make the gf happy I extended our mini vacation by booking another place. I called and made sure the pool was open and in good shape. I got a guarantee. We checked in and went to the pool, it was closed. They put in chemicals right after check in at 3pm and said we could swim the next day. The next day came and we kept getting told it'll be fine. Two days and the main reason we stayed was so gf could go swimming. They promised a pool. Nice lady even came by to give gf a towel for the pool... but then it was never open during our stay. The room was cool and mostly clean. If we didn't come specifically because the pool at the other hotel was closed and she wanted to swim it would have been ok. Instead we got the runaround, constantly being told the pool will be open soon, it never was. And the manager doesn't seem to exist.

Bath faucet was broken and running all night. PTAC units were set so you can never turn off the high pitch squeak. Inscence sticks and ash were scattered in front of the ac unit and the chair. And, the ac unit put out so much condensation that you walk thru the puddles just before walking down the slippery steps. Who decided to paint the concrete? It was so slippery on those steps.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! My room was very clean and I was very impressed at how hard housekeeping works. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable on places to dine around town as well as just knowledgeable in their job role

This motel says it's pet friendly. I paid the 15/night. It was me and my kids and our dog. My partner was meeting us later. Kids wanted to go to the pool and we were told you can't leave dogs unattended in room. The sign for the pool said no dogs in the pool, not the pool area. I got yelled at for having a dog in the pool area. I asked what am I supposed to do with my dog and he said "I don't know what to tell you". I ended up having to put my dog in the car so my kids could swim. The pool had bugs in it. The area surrounding the pool had junk all over the place. The least of their concerns should be my dog. The room also only had tiny towels. The hot water ran out and the shower and sink drains got clogged and wouldn't drain very well. There was a fishy odor coming from them as well. I won't stay here again. I did like that it's beside a pizza place that we enjoyed thoroughly. The price does reflect the experience so I'll keep that in mind next time.

Unfortunately we had to deal with a large biker group who were there to celebrate and were quite loud. It was disappointing that the room did not have better noise reduction as conversations outside were hard as if the people were in the room.
