New name is now Mercure Hotel. Bus stop is across the hotel and just a few stops away to the Metro and Trains. A bit dated bathroom, our shower drains super slowly. Very spacious room though. Cafe on the ground floor also served good food and was convenient.

The rooms are stinky and it’s not same room as shown in pictures. It’s 4.5 stars rating in google or trip.com but you can realize once you stay there, misleading stars. The front desk lady was so rude and didn’t help us to refund our money for the second day, over all it’s terrible place because it’s not base in reality.

This hotel offers fantastic service! The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, and the room was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. The staff were always available when needed, proactively helped with luggage, and even provided a welcome fruit basket. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend it!

A great stay, was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the hotel, its rooms and public spaces. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The location is good, there is a Coles nearby, walk around 15 minutes to there. The receptionist at front desk is inadequate, which we had to wait for 5 to 15 minutes for check-in or request for extra supplies. And the room soundproofing is poor.

Front Desk staffs were very helpful and happy with their service. Unable to comment on the food since we did not have it in the hotel. Will definitely recommend my friends if they go to Sydney for holidays even though is not that close to the train station.

It was pretty good. We were lucky enough to get the largest room in the corner, which even had a courtyard. It was kind of like a suite, and definitely worth the price. The location wasn't too remote either, making it convenient if you have a car.

The hotel is functional, but the facilities are rather basic, with an industrial feel. The wait staff were a bit arrogant and unhelpful. It's also quite far from the subway, so public transportation is limited. The experience was less than satisfactory.
