A great hotel with staff who go above and beyond. A small gift was left to say happy house hunting from the staff. The bed was so comfortable. They added personal touches to our stay. I would definitely come again

As always a great hotel with a lovely view of the Clyde. Room was nice and quiet. It was clean with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided by Brewers Fayre which I will review separately. Not the best breakfast we have had.

Great hotel to stay in and if possible, get a river facing room, views are stunning. Adjacent restaurant is very good for pub grub too. Easy to get to Glasgow from hotel, or take a trip along the coast to visit Largs (for a ferry trip to the isle of Cumbrae) or even Wemyss Bay for a ferry trip to Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. My only slight downside was that our room only had a shower of the bath - I personally reckon a walk in shower would be far superior. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night in a double room. On the plus side, I had the most beautiful river view, plus the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Public transport bus links to the hotel seem good too. The only slight ******* were that during the night, the pipes in the bedroom started making an odd clunking noise which woke me up. The adjacent Brewer’s Faye restaurant left a bit to be desired in terms of evening dinner service, but was adequate. They redeemed themselves by putting on a lovely spread for the continental breakfast.

Nice room with comfortable bed, and pleasant views over the water. Decent price, and just a few minutes walk from Morton's football ground, the main purpose of my stay. Also close to Cartsdyke station, and bus stops. Friendly, helpful staff. The Brewers Fayre restaurant attached to the hotel served a good dinner.

The hotel from the outside and entrance looked a little shabby but once in the bedroom it was a standard Premier Inn room. It was clean and quiet with a nice view over the river. The heating worked (which seems rare in hotels these days). I would have given 5 stars if the sheets fitted the bed and the extractor fan in the bathroom worked.

Great service from the girls and boys in the hotel and restaurant very helpful and friendly room was excellent Great views of the river food was very good fast and efficient service bar and restaurant all round very good service all weekend.

By Premier Inn standards, this is at the bottom of the pile. I've stayed at many across the country and this is by far the worse. From stink of **** in the corridor to people throwing up outside our window. Absolute nightmare! Didn't feel safe as so many workmen staying there. Car park was crowded with works vans. Place is in desperate need of some TLC.

We stayed here for 1 night, as we were working in Greenock. We stay in many Premier Inns while working, and this was definitely one of the best. Comfortable and clean rooms, and we had a great view out onto the quayside. We want to give a particular special mention to Donna, who was on reception when we checked in. Not only was she very friendly and welcoming, but she went above and beyond to sort out one little issue for us on check in. She sorted out the situation without any fuss or problem, and was extremely accommodating. Thank you Donna, you're a credit to the hotel.
