Because of the weather we weren’t able to travel. Therefore we had to eat the entire cost of the reservation with nothing to show for it.

Staff was so fabulous. Hotel was clean, well-maintained, and delivered everything promised and more.

Shower was older and looked dirty or moldy around the base. I could hear the conversations of the next room in the bathroom!
Hated the toilet. Need to leave a toilet brush and cleaner in the water saving toilets.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee not really hot and the egg products were awful.

Very clean very well lit up outside at night as well. Easy to fine all the entrances define your way in and out throughout the hotel. Nice parking lot nicely paved with the yellow *****es. You can see perfect for parking between them very happy.

Good accommodations with pool for family. Spent the weekend at Strong museum of play which is only 10min drive. Good walkable family eating near by.

Overall the property always decent. A few general issues:
- We went to check in and they said 5-15 mins, our family was hungry, we said we would go get lunch, thinking we could coke back and our room was ready. When we returned our room was given to someone else and we needed to wait another 20-25 mins for our room.
- there were ants in our unit, only a few but still disappointing.
- there were two sports teams staying there who were quite loud into the late hours. Our room by the stairs captured all the noise of the youth running up and down.

Whole experience was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Room was huge clean, staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast had such a variety- glad to see no frozen or prepackaged items.
