"The resort is situated on a beautiful sandy beach. The pool area is well-maintained and clean. The restaurants are lovely, elegant, and inviting. The menu and staff are exceptionally friendly. The apartments are stylishly furnished and very clean; nothing is lacking. The staff throughout the resort are very attentive and friendly, except for the reception: there, the staff seem indifferent and complacent. There's no automated resort briefing, nor is there a proper greeting or farewell. It's more like: take a look, hand over the keys – job done."

Just 3-5 minutes stroll will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Located nearby is a waterfront restaurant; you can choose to dine out or cook your meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Restaurants, liquor and grocery store are all located nearby, within five minutes.

Located approximately 10 minutes from the airport in the settlement of Mount Thompson. This Villa has all the comforts of home including a Smart TV, wifi throughout and Netflix for a cozy night in after beaching it up all day!
It’s a lovely apartment for 2-4 people with two full bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Also, each of our apartments has a lovely outdoor space with patio furniture so that you can enjoy the outdoors, as well. Only a five minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach (Three Sisters Beach located in the settlement of Mount Thompson). We have beach chairs and towels that you can take with you. We’re also within walking distance of a lovely bar/restaurant serving food and drinks all day, every day and even a karaoke night!

You will absolutely need a car rental as things are spread out all over the island.Since you’ve come all the way you’re going to want to explore the island and visit it’s many beautiful sights! We recommend Airport Car Rental and you can find them online ☺️
Also, in the past we were occasionally able to offer airport pickup or drop off however we are busy professionals with a lot going on and cannot always offer this service. Plan on renting a vehicle or spending a lot of money on taxis (which are available).

Although we offer all the comforts of home, keep in mind that Exuma is a somewhat remote island and we cannot always control things such as potential wi-Fi interruptions, power outages, or the weather. Coral Breeze has a spacious design with pocket doors through out. The living area is open to the kitchen and houses a queen pull out sofa.
The kitchen is equiped with stainless steel appliances and all basic cookware, dishes and flatware.
The bedroom holds a queen sized bed with an over sized tub and walk in closet.
There is an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The bathroom can also be accessed from a hall entry.
The porch has a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby islands.

The Minns Cottages is owned by the Minns Family who is one of the oldest Bahamian Family names in the Bahamas. The cottages have the real Family Island charm where guests are coming as guests but leaving as Family. We now have Starlink and IPTV in all the cottages so you can watch your favorite sports game or movie in the comfort of your cottage.
The Minns Cottage is conveniently located within one mile from George Town. You are less than a 10-minute walk to the food stores. The Cottages are located across from the beach, and they are fully equipped with a screened patio, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, Internet. We do have a communal outdoor BBQ and laundry room with washer and dryer. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and coolers. Each cottage will have 7 garbage bags, two rolls of toilet paper, joy and a roll of paper towel. You just need to bring your own washing detergent. There are many activities within walking distance restaurants, straw market, water taxi, government offices, library, schools and much more. All cottages have enclosed screened patios and Air conditioning units in the lounge and bedrooms. It is a 15 minutes' drive from the International Airport (GGT). Yes, the house is stocked toilet paper, antibacterial hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags; starter amounts of dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent and paper towel are provided. We have beach towels for you too!
2. CAN WE GET DOWN TO THE BEACH FROM THE PROPERTY?
Yes, steps go down to the beach. Tides make the beach smaller/larger. Beach can be very small or covered by water in June and July.
3.IS THE OCEAN SWIMMABLE?
Yes, beautiful white sand bottom and just the right temperature. There are days that are perfectly flat and days with big waves (fun for some), but I would rather stay on the deck watch and listen to the crashing of the waves.
4. IS THERE ALWAYS BEACH, EVEN A HIGH TIDE?
There is usually beach. The beach size, shape and depth changes with tides. Smallest beach in late June and July, but you can still take steps down to water.

Indigo House has snorkel equipment and Boogie boards for guest use. Peace and Plenty Beach Club on stocking island has snorkel equipment, paddle boards and kayaks, just for the asking. (we still recommend you bring some of your own snorkel equipment) This beach club is specular, for a days adventure, we recommend catching the boat shuttle from the Peace and Plenty Hotel in George Town over to the Beach Club on Stocking Island. From there you can go to Chat n Chill and walk to the path to the windward beach.
9. DO YOU HAVE Wi-Fi?

• Grocery Stores: George Town has a couple of grocery stores and other shops to get provisions. Located in Georgetown, Exuma Markets is the largest grocery store on the island, but we prefer Prime Island Meats.
• Prime Island Meats is located 5 miles south of the airport and is our first and best choice for food. It is owned by an immensely helpful guy from New Jersey. It has freshly imported meats (steak, chicken, pork, lamb, sausages) and seafood, as well as other grocery items like fruits and vegetables. They offer call ahead ordering. 242-336-3627. They are closed on Sundays.
• Convenience Stores: (Liquor/Wine/Beer): Bowes Shopping Plaza is a strip mall 3 miles north of the airport and close to Indigo House. Also, Smitty's (basic food, liquor and pharmacy)-located 6 miles south of the airport.
• Concierge Grocery Stocking: It is nice to arrive at Indigo House and have it freshly stocked with groceries and beverages. We offer this option through our on-island property manager. In preparation for your stay, we will send you a checklist of items and she will do the shopping for you!

You will experience the enjoyment of boating from island to island in some of the most beautiful waters in the world. End the day at the Peace and Plenty Beach Club for food, drinks and fun.
