Travelodge Telford

Good service. The place is in the centre of town, which makes staying there great. Stores, pubs and eateries available at any time

This travelodge is in a great location within the city center and with the vicinity of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is next to a great shopping area and there is lake to the back of the travelodge. There is no restaurant on site but you can eat nearby with a discounted rate.

Even though this hotel is on the list of Travelodge hotel with air-conditioning, the staff tries to gaslight that it is not supposed to have air-conditioning. During the night it turns off by itself at random times. Sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 20 etcetera. Waking up in sweat and have to turn it back on is not so pleasant after booking this hotel specifically for air-conditioning.

Room was clean. Air con great. Noisy beer garden opposite room so our early night was disturbed. Car parking not ideal and situation was confusing to us OAP’s. Receptionist good and helpful. Travelodge directional signage confusing and partly hidden by greenery. Sign needs direction arrow with yardage.

I was attending a sporting event at the Telford International Centre. This accommodation is VERY convenient and only a five minute walk from the Centre. It is close to a shopping centre, restaurants and cinema. Price was reasonable. Room clean, comfortable and plenty of tea/coffee. Staff very helpful. I will stay there again.

first time staying at the travelodge in telford, pleasantly surprised, i stayed with my partner checking in with Tanya and Evey who were extremely polite, helpful and just all around happy to help! Our room was spacious and immaculately clean with heating and aircon which we loved. The reception area was welcoming with vending of lots of choices of snacks and drinks. we visited a restaurant nearby as it is located in a busy town centre with so much to choose from. had a fantastic sleep and checked out early the next morning, greeted by the manager Emma, who was an absolute pleasure to see smiling and chatty at the desk. we would love to return in the near future!

Check in was a very easy process with the help of Tanya and Evey. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Checkout was also a very smooth process with the lovely Emma. Thanks for a great stay guys will definitely be coming back in the future.

It’s a Travelodge, so you get what you pay for I guess. Stayed as location was convenient. Rooms although budget were not clean, really suspicious stains that looked like blood on carpets and ingrain dirt in corners / around units. Don’t bother with the breakfast box option unless you are in a hurry. Better off going out. Staff were friendly enough
