We were at the Hotel Canarius on the day 18/04/22, with the family, totaling 11 people, to enjoy the Day Use. He left a lot to desire in various aspects and he looks that we were not even demanding, we just wanted to take advantage of what they said to us when we closed the package. The reception service was very slow, we stayed almost 1 h to pay and put the pq armbands the receptionist did several other things while he was taking care of us. The bad Wi-Fi was not picking up and I warned that days people would take laptops pq and deploy some work. There was no buffet in the restaurant, they presented us a cardapio that, after we chose the dishes, they informed us that the cardapio was another, well reduced and with options that they didn't like because the meat came hard, the meat tables seemed improvised. We had asked for drinks at the arrival, and had finished the gin, and there were not enough swimming pool towels, all of them were to wash. We had almost to go behind the boy to meet us pq he didn't get to go to our table ask if we needed garlic and all that, just our group in the pool! And there were only nine guests at the hotel, according to us, that is, it was to offer an exemplary service but the opposite happened. It was a disgusting, tiring experience, I don't recommend Day-use! The hotel has a very good, wide structure, but unfortunately it is very badly managed.
