This is a strange hotel. On the approach, it looks very tired and shabby. This could be offputting because once inside, it is very clean and the air is perfumed, appropriate for Grasse. However, the lobby is full of eclectic stuff which is not really coordinated. There is a lift and the room is normal with a balcony. The Ensuite is clean but could do with an update. Breakfast is ok for France and is in a separate room next to the hotel. Apart from checking in we did not see any hotel staff. You pay on arrival!! The main point about this hotel by far is the location close to the centre of Grasse. Grasse is extremely hilly and any other hotel that I saw would entail walking up and down steep hills. That's why I rated the hotel as very good, I thought it was better than average because of its location and cleanliness.

The rooms have been renovated. Everything is clean! The breakfast was great. The location is ideal, right in the center of Grasse. Parking is paid, as it's in the city center, but the hotel offers good rates. Tip: book a balcony room! For the small extra cost, it's really worth it! The view is magnificent!!!

Horrible hotel! Reception that looks like a cemetery with plastic flowers... dust etc. Breakfast room closed at 8:30 am when it was supposed to open at 7 am. Elevator in my opinion not standard, bed linen dirty and out of date. Bathroom door that does not close or is blocked! We gave up breakfast so disgusted by the overall state of the hotel and all that for more than €80 per night! Run away!

Hôtel dans son jus ... défraichi qui se dit entièrement rénové... ce qui n'est pas le cas. les photos ne collent pas à la réalité... La propreté est à revoir, la literie est tachée, la terrasse était pleine de tâches de boissons non nettoyées, le sol de la salle de bains et la douche pas propres également ... carreaux pas nettoyés depuis apparemment très longtemps et ossature des vitres cassés... trous dans le murs des placards, bois des étagères cassé, petit déjeuner indigent... car les autres clients déjà passés à 9h du matin... salle à la propreté douteuse, tables pas nettoyées entre chaque client et pas de service... à chacun de mettre tout dans un lavabo... endroit et hôtel très bruyant!

Merci pour l accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, employés, réceptionniste. Très bien reçue que ce soit le soir ou le jour. Hôtel très propre, belle chambre et salle de bain. Super vu du balcon. Et tout a proximité. J'ai passé un super séjour à 3 personnes. Merci beaucoup au personnel de l hôtel panorama de Grasse qui sont a notre service et agréable. Je reviendrai.
