Service was just horrible. We arranged with the manager the day before to check in early because I was just released from hospital. Our room was vacant the night before, so the manager said early check in was no problem. We arrived, and two ladies were terribly rude, and refused to let us check in. They started a big fight with us and told us to just go away. Eventually I asked if they could just check and see if the room was ready - which we knew it would be. They really didn't want to check. I paid online when I booked, and they accused me of not paying, and it took about 45 minutes to sort it out. I had receipts and email confirmation, and they wouldn't accept them. They spoke very rudely to my young son too. When we FINALLY got to the room, there was a big sheet of window glass resting against a connecting door in our room, I had to spend all night telling my son not to go near that side of the room in case the glass panel fell on him. There were screws sticking out of the wardrobe. No toilet paper in the toilet - I had to get tissues from my car. After the women had been so rude to us, we didn't want to talk to them again about toilet paper. No soap in any of the sinks. No soap ANYWHERE, only shampoo and body wash. Really, really poor. Never staying there again.
