My wife and I stayed overnight at this hotel. We were in Grants Pass to pick up our new dog from a local breeder. Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow pets but everything else at this hotel was great. The check-in was fast and professional and the staff member was very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and nicely appointed. It was much better than a lot of other Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. Everything worked well in the room. A very nice property.

We had a great 3 night stay while celebrating family birthdays. Our 1st floor room was pleasantly more quiet than expected. Loved our patio with a view of the river. Very comfortable bed. Good in-room coffee. Daily breakfast was perfect. Always plenty of selections, and places to sit either inside the dining area or outside on the patio. Our tables were bussed and cleaned as soon as we finished our meal to ready for the next diners. Daily room service is not offered due to Covid, but towels, coffee, etc. are easily replenished upon asking. The customer service at this hotel was top notch, from contacting the hotel before arrival til check-out. The front desk staff was always available. Special mention goes to Jim for his friendly smile, great attitude, and nightly popcorn popping skills. I would welcome an opportunity to stay here again.

I was a bit nervous about the stay as I walked into the hallway, there was strong smells of ********* and stale smoke, but when I opened the door to my room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were no odors inside the room, and everything was new and clean. The sheets were amazing which is a good compliment from me as I am very picky about the sheets. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I have been staying in HIE's for many years. I have seen bad ones, ho hum ones and excellent ones, this one is the latter. I had checked in online prior to arrival so when I walked in the door everything was already done. The super polite gentlemen at the desk acknowledged my loyalty status, thanked me several times, mentioned extra loyalty points, gave me a modest gift, offered excellent dinner recommendations and made check in painless. I had a special request which he quickly accommodated with ease. Our room was the perfect example of what my profile requests, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was typical but tasty, the breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The location is convenient to I5 or heading down to the coast depending on your next destination. A day after our stay I got a survey asking how they did, always a nice touch. Overall this is as good as any HIE I have stayed in, they set the bar high for other HIE's to strive for.

We love this hotel and everything was perfect, except for two things... First, there was no soap, which I'm sure was just an oversight by the cleaning crew. It was easy to call the desk and get more. Second, and this was the much bigger problem: the shower was built incorrectly. It only had one temperature (as hot as possible!) and an on-off valve. It was impossible to take a shower without getting scalded by the water. We didn't have this problem in another room last time we stayed here, so I don't know why this room had this problem. The shower in room 121 needs to be looked at by a professional plumber to figure out how to put the right kind of control on it.
