New and modern hotel. No other business close by but easy drive to tourist destinations of Niagara Falls. Friendly housekeeping staff and lady who operates the breakfast. Breakfast good but this location did not have the cinnamon rolls that other Holiday Inn Express provide. The lady working there kept everything well stocked and very clean. Front desk personal are not very helpful as at other tourist destinations. I didnt use the indoor pool since the water felt a bit cool and there were no guest towels. I probably would stay again because of the price.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was good just they need to be more proactive to refill the stuff once it is finished.

First off, the pool had “issues” and wasnt open for the 3 night stay that my family had which was very disappointing. The hotel said that the housekeeping couldnt happen every day because of covid? That sounds odd to me since its been 2.5 years and no other hotels have this issue. Because of that, the pull-out bed had no sheets, we didnt get enough towels when they knew how many people were staying, and the toiletries in the shower were empty, Also, at breakfast their juice machine wasnt working and I know that isnt a big deal, but i feel like they could have done something about it.

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. I would stay at this Super 8 Kenmore whenever I would visit WNY, primarily because of its convenient location. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but it served the purpose well, with basic amenities and an accommodating staff. On my most recent visit, however, I found out that this hotel has changed drastically and not for the better. Here's the good, the bad and the ugly: The good is the great location: it's 10 minutes away from the beautiful parks on the Niagara River and 15 minutes away from Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The hotel is part of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, they offer a free light breakfast in the lobby and the rates are reasonable. There is convenient parking in front of the hotel and two restaurants across the street. The bad: This place should be refurbished: the carpets, draperies and bedspreads in the rooms look dull and dirty. Additionally, the hotel needs to improve air quality and environmental cleanliness. The hallways, carpets and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, which was odd, because this hotel claims to be a non-smoking property (they have a sign in the lobby that states they will charge guests $100 if they smoke in the hotel). Also, a musky and very unpleasant odor permeated the hallways. Some guests had the doors open to their rooms all the time, which seemed weird. The ugly: Poor management. Customer service is hit or miss; treating guests with respect is sorely lacking. One evening, when my daughter and I returned to our room. we found that they didn't even finish cleaning our room and there were no clean towels or facial tissues replenished in the bathroom. I requested more towels from a gentleman at the front desk. Later, this same gentleman came to our door and brought a woman along with him, who suspiciously looked into the bathroom and into our room. She firmly stated that they put fresh towels in the bathroom earlier when they cleaned our room; they did not. As if that wasn't enough, another woman who was very combative, showed up at our door and started shouting at us that she is the ”owner” of the hotel and that she “personally” cleaned our room and left clean towels in the bathroom. Intimidating guests who asked for clean towels! Absurd! Note that several other recent customer reviews of this property also carry the same theme of the cigarette smoke in the hallways and suspicious attitudes toward guests. Something is very wrong here!

We booked a room at this hotel for one night stay with friends. It was the evening of a football game in the area, and there was also a large group or team visiting at the same time, so the hotel was very busy with lots of kids running up and down the halls and a large group having a party in the lobby all night. Upon arriving into our room, we noticed that the door was open which was concerning. When we closed the door behind us we found that it did not latch closed and could be pushed open. We called down to the hotel reception and were given instructions on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this did not help. We called down once again and they sent a staff member up to try to help, and the staff member was frustrated by this issue. We were running low on time so we decided to take our valuables with us while they fixed the door since we were not comfortable sleeping in a room with a door that does not lock closed. We also asked to switch rooms and were told that there were no comparable rooms however they were finally able to place us in an upgraded room but it was not the right size for the amount of beds that we needed. The staff did what they could to help, however they were not friendly about it and seemed annoyed that we were asking for a door that locked. We even asked to be placed in a sister location but were told there were none. Overall, it was too many issues for such a short stay and I would not choose to stay at that location again.

There are breakfast, usually American scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, as well as sausage and ham. You can also make some waffles yourself. There are three kinds of cereals. There are two kinds of fruits. Basically, there are drinks, like juice or milk. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and each floor has it. Washing machine 8 25 cents wash once, the dryer is 4 25 cents. If you don't have enough cents, you can go to the front desk to change. Baggage can also be stored at the front desk without any fees. There is a parking lot.

The hotel is in a good location, 14 minutes drive from the Grand Falls. There are also many restaurants nearby, no need to drive, there are many things to eat in 10 to 15 minutes, and there is a supermarket next to it.
