This is the 2nd time I stay in The Holiday Inn in U.S. It is brilliant experience with clean and new decorations. I like the style and have a nice sleep. Breakfast is also very nice, service staff is hospitality friendly.

The hotel is very nice for its price - the staff is very welcoming, rooms are spacious and well packed. Tea and Coffee available 24h. Good hairdryer, linen, towels. Ice machines on the floor. Breakfast is also good enough to start your day. They let you take the food and get breakfast in your room. It’s a great place to stay if you are going to Niagara Falls by car - it’s a quick drive there, we did not meet any traffic jams throughout a week. The place is very quiet with Canada Goose and deers all over and we really enjoyed it. Mind the hotel location, especially if you rent a car, - it is on Grand Island and every car entry is charged up to $1.75 (non NY plates) plus daily Z-pass fee. Avis charged us 6.95 per day. There were a few things I’d wish the hotel could improve: -pillows were man-size, too high and tough for women -shower was US-old -style right from the wall (just inconvenient imho) -laundry room is unusable - the washing machine was in mold, staff definitely do not take care of it

This time when I visited Niagara Falls, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Niagara Falls Grand Island. The experience was excellent. The hotel is close to the falls, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good rest. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. The hotel also offers free parking, so there was no pressure when traveling by car. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come here.

This hotel is relatively close to Niagara Falls, but the surrounding area is quite desolate. I recommend having dinner out before checking in to avoid wasting time going out and coming back.

The room was clean, the facilities were basic, the surrounding environment was quiet and suitable for a vacation, there was a large parking lot suitable for those driving, the breakfast was good, pay attention to the signs while driving, there is an intersection, one side is towards Canada.
