The Tuscany on Grace Bay

Very nice location and friendly staff. The picture of where our room was located and where we were first place wasn't as clear as I would have liked. We were under the assumption that our room level was on higher floor. This could have been partially our fault wasn't going to argue the point. However, we were able to move from the first level to the third level after couple of days. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and stay their again.

-Yoldine is fabulous! She corresponded with us prior to our arrival via email and was super helpful before and during our stay. -Housekeeping was excellent. -The beach and things like beach, chairs, towels, were always available and plentiful -Our condo was spectacular - great design layout and décor. -Can’t say enough good things about the screened in porch with the stunning view of the ocean. -Every detail at the Tuscany was on point from check-in all the way through to checkout and everything in between -The food at 19th Bar which is in the golf course across the street was excellent.-There’s a grocery store that is 1.2 miles away and takes about 25 minutes to walk there. You can take an E bike, but we weren’t comfortable with driving on the wrong side of the road or with an-ebike so we walked it and it was fine. (Americans, prepare yourselves for sticker shock at the grocery store. For example, a single serve Chobani yogurt was $4.35; a pack of bacon was $14-$18 (but eggs were cheap! $4 for a dozen). Neutral: (depending on personal preference, you may find these to be either good or bad): -no restaurant on site, but there is one literally a few feet away with access from both the beach and the resort and two more restaurants just beyond that one. Tip: Do not be fooled by the restaurant, Flamingo, when they say "smoothies"; what they serve are slushies. Big difference. There was hardly anyone ever at the pool so it felt like we had the resort all to ourselves.

What can I say, just perfection . Stunning apartment, stunning balcony , and massive bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen more than well equipped , I wish the place was for sale!

Everything was great. Our unit was clean and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the screened balcony. The staff is friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean and kept. We loved the quietness of this resort.

Everything was perfect! The Villa was beautiful and clean! The management staff was amazing!

This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos and we loved staying at The Tuscany. The property was immaculate and it felt like our own private resort. We loved having morning coffee on the screened in balcony overlooking the ocean. The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful. We loved having bikes to take to town and we look forward to a return trip.

Amazing stay! The hotel is hard to beat with the views and the beach right there. The room is perfect too. Very comfortable and extremely clean. A full sized condo and full kitchen. All of the staff are amazing and treat you so well! Andre took such great care of us and our room. We loved sitting out on the balcony, looking out onto the beach and listening to the ocean waves, and never having to worry about bugs because the balconies are screened in. We can’t wait to be back!

Best beach in Caribbean right out of the property.. Beds could be more firm.. feels kinda worn out.. Need to make sure air condition is working before guest check in..
