Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit dem Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll teilen, das ich für eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatte. Die Buchung erfolgte über mydays und beinhaltete eine KULINARISCHE REISE inklusive Frühstück für insgesamt 249 Euro. Leider verlief der Aufenthalt nicht wie erwartet und wir waren am Ende enttäuscht über das Angebot und den Service. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir darüber informiert, dass das ursprüngliche Angebot nicht möglich sei, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war. Statt dessen wurde uns das ”Hotel Buffet” als Alternative angeboten, das zusätzlich 29 Euro pro Person kosten sollte. Nach einer sechsstündigen Anreise und hungrigem Magen entschieden wir uns schweren Herzens, das Buffet zu nehmen. Doch die enttäuschende Auswahl und Qualität ließen uns fragen, ob es das wert war. Das Buffet bestand aus Bratenstücken, Backfisch und Käsespätzle. Die Salatbar bot Gemüse von zweifelhafter Qualität, das eher sauer als frisch schmeckte. Als Nachtisch gab es lediglich einfallslosen Milchreis und Kuchen. Für Kinder gab es noch nicht einmal eine abwechslungsreiche Option - nur Ravioli. Der Essensaal, der eher wie eine Kantine wirkte, wurde mit einer anderen Familie geteilt, obwohl uns zuvor gesagt wurde, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Das wirkte auf uns seltsam und wenig professionell. Da wir eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatten, beschwerte ich mich natürlich an der Rezeption. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter versuchte, uns mit Angeboten für das Parkhaus und das kleine Schwimmbecken zu besänftigen. Doch das war nicht das, wonach wir gesucht hatten. Unsere Erwartungen waren nicht mit Parkgebühren oder Freizeiteinrichtungen verknüpft, sondern mit dem kulinarischen Erlebnis, das uns versprochen wurde. Daher bestand ich darauf, das zu bekommen, wofür ich bezahlt hatte. Am nächsten Tag verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit außerhalb des Hotels. Nach den beiden Übernachtungen fragte ich beim Auschecken nach dem Stand meiner Beschwerde. Doch zu meinem Bedauern geriet ich an die Empfangschefin, die gestresst und unprofessionell wirkte. Im Gegensatz zu dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter zuvor zeigte sie keine kundenfreundliche Einstellung und wies uns stattdessen die Schuld zu. Sie behauptete, wir hätten uns erneut an die Rezeption wenden müssen, um das Grillbuffet am Samstag zu erhalten. Doch das war keine Option für uns, da wir den Samstag bereits anderweitig verplant hatten und wir uns bewusst für die kulinarische Reise entschieden hatten. Was mich besonders enttäuschte, war die mangelnde Kommunikation und die fehlende Bereitschaft, das Problem angemessen zu lösen. Es schien, als ob die Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen wurde und uns keine angemessene Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung geboten wurde. Stattdessen wurde uns noch einmal gesagt, dass wir das ”Hotel Buffet” für 29 Euro pro Person hatten, als ob dies eine akzeptable Alternative für das eigentliche Angebot gewesen wäre. The room was clean, the breakfast was very rich, the scenery nearby was beautiful, and the green lawn was large. Opposite is a supermarket, shopping is very convenient, it is a warmer small hotel!

It's just opened. The private parking lot has not been opened yet, but there is no problem because you can use the outlet public parking lot. For outlet shopping purposes, it has the best location and other facilities.

The hotel is very close to the Metzingen outlet, the room is large and clean, there is a parking lot in the hotel, the tenant is 10 Euro/day (paying at the front desk after check-out), and there is a coffee reception next to the hotel reception, which is really great!

The ”new” Leonardo has become very beautiful. All very modern and as tasteful as well designed and furnished. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you expect. We had a room for the street and (because the noise-dense windows) Nothing of it is heard; in summer, it will be different (at open window). Unfortunately, the bed had a continuous mattress and (only one!) cover; some like it, for us it was nothing! Bad OK, Internet reception enough. Breakfast varied and good. From the neighbouring public parking house (13 € per day) you come - dry foot - through the chair to the reception. personnel friendly and pre-conditioned. unlimited Recommended!

We are experienced in traveling both for business and pleasure! The location is exellent for shopping but nothing more! We got the most out of the experience, had a good time together, spend a lot less time and money at the hotel than usually, as I must say this was a quite disappointing experience and an expensive one too. On the good side: The hotel is located close to the shops and hotel has free parking. The late arrival with no staff works great! The ugly: Usually I would give the hotel a chance to comment before a review, but during the stay we gave the hotel several chances to fix for the many mistakes. We had specifically asked and paid for an Atelier room in our booking and one of the several phone calls and dialogue we had prior to arrival was to make sure we got the right room. We got an old studio located on the first floor, no openness to fix this at front desk at all so we put on a smile and got the best out of it. We booked a dinner reservation weeks ago for 7pm, the front desk did not know about it, but apparently fixed this! When we got to the restaurant, we got the same table as another family with kids and with no social distancing. Asked for a different table, plenty free, or to sit at the bar, come back later, but no! The cozy romantic dinner turned into rushing through courses with kids at the table meals arriving before drinks etc. And the 4 course meal with welcome drink turned into 3 course meal without! The compensation of free limocellos (which we was not asked if we would like) did not add up for it. And with hair in main course we just wanted the dinner to end sooner than later! Next time we will go for the half price options and other hotels in the area located just as good or simply choose to stay at the excellent 3 and 4 star hotels at Stuttgart! We will absolutely not be back. And why is that: we felt that if you are a non German, you will be treated 2. And the attitudes of some staff members are not for the service business.

I stayed here as part of a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated. The staff member who checked us in (Lyubomir Ivanov) was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good size and also nicely decorated. The mirror however was in a strange place – right next to the door and not by the dressing table which was a bit awkward. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was large. The do provide an all in one shower-bodywash, and a hairdryer is in the room. The TV was big and had a variety of channels. There was some issues with the window that few in our party had trouble with. You cannot open it, you need to get a member of staff too, even though it only opens a little, and then ask them to close it too. There was also unfortunately no kettle. They provided you with one small bottle of sparkling water (in a double bedroom 2 would have been better). The bed was comfortable however I did find it strange having 2 separate duvets on a double bed. There is also NO SAFE. Overall comfortable but a kettle would have been appreciated for boiling water. Breakfast was ok. A selection of teas, coffee and some juices. No cooked food. A few cereals and the yoghurt/fruit was nice. Disappointed there was no hot food, and there was only rolls of bread (no toaster), and a few croissants – that were not replenished. For the number of guests there, especially on our second morning, I would have hoped more would have been supplied and maybe even a bigger variety of pastries. There is NO BAR here – drinks and snacks from a vending machine are available, (‘wine’, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and a couple of spirits with mixers). However this was not restocked, but when we did ask at reception and Lyubomir restocked it straight away and said we could pay for a few warm ones now whilst we wait, with a bucket of ice, which was very kind. Very annoying that the tea/coffee machine had no teabags by it throughout our stay, so paying for a hot water – I was lucky I had my own teabags! Also, what I found strange was the lift you could only access your floor or the ground floor with your keycard. This was to avoid customers going on other floors. A bit of a pain if you are staying on a separate floor to your travel companion and have forgotten something, so have to go to the ground floor, meet up and then go back to your room! There is also have a pool table you can use. Also, to presumably cut staff costs – there is 1 to 2 people available on check-in – and they leave the hotel by 11pm. After that there are no staff available. Overall the room was nice, staff were friendly and it is a short walk from a couple of restaurants. However due to the lack of a bar, lack of staff availability and breakfast not being the best, I wouldn’t stay here again for more than 1 night.

Very good centrally located hotel. We booked this hotel for a short trip. All was simply perfect. Personal at the reception friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and optimally equipped. Now the screening. From the operator couple we have received a breakfast which is looking for his same. Just top. Here we weren't for the last time.

The rooms are sufficiently large, modernly furnished and were absolutely clean. The beds are ok, we have very well sleeped. The service staff was very friendly, the settlement was completely smooth. The only shortage is the parking facilities. To unload and load the vehicle we had to park in the stop inside the entrance because the only hotel own parking inside the entrance was already loaded. Our vehicle had to be placed at a parking place 300 m away in a side street in the night, reserved for hotel guests. Coffee is available for guests around the hour free. We had booked without breakfast, so we can't say anything about other services.
