Bathroom was very dirty with the toilet very visibly peed on and feces all over. The bedroom stunk, floors were very dirty. The gentlemen who handles the restaurant was very cold. The front staff was good, thats it. Never staying there again, wish I could get my money back

Hotel simples a beira da rodovia, bom para quem está em viagem e precisa descansar. Imperdoável um hotel em Minas Gerais não ter no café da manhã um queijo minas. Quartos de frente a rodovia porém com vidro veda som. Instalações antigas, ar condicionado split porém antigo com controle com problemas. Quarto 226, com TV nas costas da cabeceira da cama.

Atendimento maravilhoso da Claudia e do Ricardo!!Quarto vale o custo benefício! Cama boa e tudo bem limpinho!!! A ducha do banheiro é maravilhosa!! Ótima localização, lugar limpo. Não fizemos o uso do restaurante para jantar, mas o cardápio é vasto! Pra mim o melhor de tudo foi aceitarem pet e tratarem ele com todo respeito ! Adoramos!

Os hotéis no Brasil de forma geral, preocupam-se mais em cobrar a diária do que fazer melhorias e manutenções. O vaso sanitário estava com vazamentos, a regulagem do chuveiro aquecido, tb não era boa. O café da manhã pode ser melhorado, principalmente em função do valor da diária. Come-se da mesma forma em hotel com diária na metade do preço deste. Podem melhorar

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas foram feitas melhorias. Todos os quartos tem vista para a BR, mas não se preocupe: TEM JANELA ANTI-RUIDO e você consegue dormir tranquilo. Algumas melhorias sao necessárias como melhorar o restaurante para o jantar e arrumar um fixador da porta do box do banheiro. No mais, é um bom hotel. Sugestão: a esteira na academia poderia ficar virada para a janela: a vista é bem melhor.
