Hygiene: Very clean. There is a hot water kettle. For Chinese people, you can drink hot tea. The service staff are quite nice

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich and delicious, recommended!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! The lift to the see skiing slopes is literally across the street along with a very nice store store where you can rent skiis for a discount. Also free parking and the house has a lovely bakery where you can buy freshly baked bread in the morning. Takes about 15 minutes to take the car to Ischgl and extremely convenient. Thank you to Manfred and Melonie for being such helpful and lovely hosts, we had a blast thanks to you and your tips. Will visit again!

We were a group of 4 adult couples in Gothenburg for the hockey Champinship. The hotel was super close to the arena. 10 minute walk. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. The British style below the hotel was a big hit

Room service was terrible didn’t clean the room bathroom sink was leaking was not worth the money needs to be more modernized

Rude staff at check-in, the hotel has been one of the best but now it is worn out and the best they can offer is great breakfast and a good location in Gothenburg

The room was very quiet and nice size. It is close to many restaurants and to the convention center. However, the bedding is too thin and the temperature can only to adjusted to 23 0C. It feels a little bit cold during the evening.

Lots of things were beoken in the room. The TV, the phone, things in the bathroom. No waste bin in the room, only in bathroom. Spent 12 min on my mobile phone waiting for the reception to answer without success. The staff was good, but it is just not acceptable with all the broken things. I got a drink voucher. I will not be returning. The other Elite hotel in the city is much better.

Generally the hotel is great, staff are friendly and everything went smooth. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet, very poor and not so many choices. I invited three guests to join me for breakfast and the four of us were disappointed. Another minor issue is that I’m a Golden Member with ********** and I have got zero of the benefits at Elite, hope you pay more attention to your guests in that matter. Many thanks for this time.

Slow check in. Nice staff. The hotel needs a restoration. Couldn’t get the room cooler than 18C which is too warm to me to sleep in.
