Quality Inn & Suites

This is a good place to select, overall it was a pleasant stay and would like to recommend for others as well.

Friendly staff and main part of hotel appeared cleaner than the room. The room we stayed in needed a serious deep clean. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and smelly feet. We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. The sheets were clean but the bedspreads were both stained with what looked like oil. Huge cobweb on the ceiling/wall that's been there a while. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed with caution tape. We wanted snacks from vending machine but it was completely empty except for 1 bag of chips. No thanks.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted.

I do like this hotel because it is close to everything, it is clean and the owners are very friendly. All of the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I only wish that it was posted on the booking site that the pool and hot tub were not available due to a part that the hotel is waiting for. The hotel did not charge me the 8.00 for amenities, but had I known I would have booked up the street. I went to visit my family and the r and r would have been nice. Not the owners fault

Room was more worn than previous room we’ve stayed in. Overall decent low budget sta in town.

My second stay there. The room was clean and spacious, amenities adequate although the microwave was broken (it would shut down on its own after 20-30 seconds, barely usable) Much nicer rooms than the Rodeway Inn part of the hotel that’s not much cheaper. Continental breakfast basic but fine. I appreciate the 24h desk as I sometimes arrive in the pretty late evening when I drive to the Whites and I’ve been bitten before by hotels don’t do check in past 6 or 8 pm. Good value, will stay there again.

The room was in a building across the parking lot. The hotel did not seem to be booked so not sure why we were put there. Cabinet in the room was broken. Wall paper peeling. Heat was very loud.

I did not appreciated that the pricing for a pet was increased by the hotel staff without any notification. Also, the rooms were not very clean, especially the bathtub that had a lot of soap and mold residue.

Room is dirty. Hair all over shower. Bathrooms were outdated and dirty.curtains didnt shut all the way so i could see the outside lights all night long. Check in was easy and she was nice. No one there for check out so just left the cards at the desk.
