Our hotel was clean and very cool looking. The staff was outstanding and truly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best! The food here was good as well. The view was amazing! Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again! THANK YOU!!

One of the best experiences. Mr. Annus Zahid the manger helped us in a number of ways. For you, He would out of his way to arrange for activities like horseback riding/hiking/Balloon flights and other trip to underground cities. Strongly recommended. Easy to get everything with one person. Rooms and suites are nice and spacious. The owner and his family were very nice, welcoming and willing to help. He told us to feel free to watch balloon flight from his roof and enjoy his tea/coffee even after we moved out. 10 out of 10 points.

It was a greate experience to stay here, my family enjoyed alot. Especially i recommend you to book your hot air balloon with Anis. He can gives you guy's the best discount more cheaper than any agency outside.
ANIS Speaks Urdu and well English. His customer service is above and beyond. He always geos extra miles for you.
The sunset and sunrise view is really great. Make sure to takes lot's of pictures.

We stayed just for one night. And it was so awesome! We checked in earlier than expected, so thanks to the owner Ali! Because we were really tired after night in the bus. Also he offered us a free breakfast at the first day. Btw the breakfast is good. All that you need - will be there)) the view from the room I’ll never forget! The only problem is the water temperature, but it’s a whole turkey problem.

I stayed for two nights here and enjoyed my stay. It is run by very friendly people and found the room quite complete and cosy. The bathroom was very modern and specious too. Hot water is a problem but that I guess, is not a local one. It has a nice location and close to the sunset point.

The rooms are real cave rooms. The location is excellent, as you are just a few hundred metres from Sunset view. Each morning you see the sky full of hot air balloons and some are so close that you feel you could reach out and touch them. You get an excellent nights sleep in a cave as they are dark and quiet. The owner Ali, was born in a cave and has first hand knowledge about the area. He can organise a private tour for you so you see all the best sites rather than having to do 3 tours to see them all. Breakfast is tasty and there is tea and coffee available 24/7.

Nothing was good. Bed had no base, sheets were scratchy, door was rickety, walls were thin and we could here our neighbours, shared entrance mea t we had to smell their cigarette smoke coming in our room as windows were open as there was no ac. Kettle provided but no coffee, milk or cups. TV didn't work. No shelves in the bathroom. Electric sockets looked dangerous. Breakfast was late and when it arrived one hour late consisted of a few biscuits from a packet and then food spread on a plate to make it look like there was more than given. No coffee. No juice no eggs. As we ate a drill was drilling in one of the rooms. Tables were filthy and not cleaned before we ate. When we said we wanted to leave the staff didn't ask why. They were not interested. We didn't complain but ran from the hotel.

A great place for your stay in one of the most beautiful travel destinations of Turkey. The hotel is located in a cave-like building. The interior is pretty cool and authentic. You gonna love the terrace cause that’s where you can see the city and even the balloons every morning. The hotel is close to the most of the sights. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Enjoy you stay 👍🏻
