My son Michael booked the accommodation for me his mother, on his phone, with his credit card.
This complicated matters.
I found the instructions sent to me on how to book into a hotel without reception, difficult, especially as it was saying to book in 48hrs before arriving.
I contacted a chat available, but they were unable to help and said your number wasnt answering.
I didnt know how to obtain the Code as there was a delay with emails coming through.
I had to wait until l was with my son to have him assist with the instructions to register, but again the Code was delayed being sent etc....
It was very stressful..
I had to get him to set up and show me how to access the KEY on my phone....and actally do the whole process of front door, lift and apartment room door, so as l could then do it myself.
Im sure lm not the only one to have problems and so a easier, more simply process with a reliable go-to if one needs help and with a quicker response process, would be a whole lot more user friendly.
Anyway the apartment room was wonderful, overall.
Maybe a small lounge chair to sit comfortably on would be nice.
Also staff need to speak more quietly in the corridors in the mornings as some quests such as myself like to sleep in.
I had a locked door in my apartment which is obviously an extra room if so required by dual rooms....the staff were very noisy in there while cleaning etc
Overall the facilities provided in the room had everything l needed for a comfortable stay
