The hotel was conveniently located 

Very clean, quick & early check in, and they had good breakfast for my whole family! All together a great experience

I stayed here while my house was getting some work done. Check in was a little slow, the bed was very comfortable. I wound up turning the heat off because the noise was too much. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a nice location.

Staff seemed unavailable. No one was at the check in desk. Some of the staff were sitting in the lounge area. Later, I went to purchase some items at the market, no one was at the desk to check out my items. There was a staff member again in the lounge, so I asked her how I was supposed to pay for my items. She stayed seated and yelled (literally screamed) for someone to come out and ring me up. Check out was much better.

Everything was great!! Nic at the front desk was friendly and accommodation. The total experience could not be better. Thank you!!

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was kind and courteous. Nicest place we've stayed in the area. We didn't stay for breakfast

I cannot leave enough about this hotel. Me and my family of 6 plus 5 animal were displaced due to weather conditions and losing power for 11 days. The staff was absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, willing to lend a hand. The rooms were comfy, hotel clean all the time, breakfast was great and warm coffee all day. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Entire property including room was very clean & tidy. Traveling from Wisconsin we always try to find holiday inn. Goodlettsville was best we've stay in. Staff very welcoming & friendly. Well done!
