The hotel was conveniently located 

Very clean, quick & early check in, and they had good breakfast for my whole family! All together a great experience

We were greeted by friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was hot and delicious. Great for traveling with family.

The property was nice, great location to everything in the area!! I love Nashville, Tn!! The one problem I had was the cable television service/wi-fi was spotty!! I could view some channels while I couldn’t view others!! The staff at first was very, unaccommodating I eventually got the problem resolved and had to switch rooms!! The trip was successful after that!! Thanks!!

After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do anything because we booked with *******. They even had a board up that said "we promise to make it right ." Disappointed in stay and how it was handled.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The beds were comfy and clean. Our trip required a pull out mattress and the mattress was yellow and very old, not comfortable. The television did not work. When we told staff they did offer us a new room but told us that many of the rooms TVs did not work. Pool was clean and warm, kids had a great time swimming. There was no hot breakfast due to oven not working, fruit that was available was bruised and old looking. The coffee tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in a long time.

We love Holiday Inn Express, however this hotel needs some updating and repair. The handle on the fire door in the stairwell was broken off making it hard to get onto our floor using the steps. The room was was just ok. Not as clean as we had hoped. The sheets were very worn and pilled, making them feel rough. The bathroom was also not as clean as we would have preferred. Doors and handles in the hotel were really dirty-covered in grease and food. We would likely not stay at this location again .

Everything was good. My only complaint is that there are NO vent fans in the bathrooms. No way to vent smells and using sprays will set off their smoke alarms.
