This time the request is for a non-smoking room, but there are still cigarette butts in the elevator hall on the 10th floor. The room should have been renovated and the desk has changed. The mattress does not feel very comfortable. The shower is not well drained. Because I only asked to take out the rubbish during the few days of staying, the room was cleaned without comment.
