Check-In was easy and friendly, the hotel is clean and the service good. Comfy mattress, big tv, free snack in the evening. Late check-out at 2pm is also possible. I would come again.

早餐豐富，位置距離步行街和世邦廣場都比較近，旁邊一個路口吃飯很方便，有想吃的黨比特色烤羊肉，樓下還有飯店，燒烤店和葯店非常不錯，出差之餘還能吃的開心。環境好，服務員為人和藹，很熱情，空間舒適，睡的床很舒服，樓下大廳也乾淨，進出都很方便，前台有配的鼠標墊，咖啡等，尤其喜歡樓層香薰的味道，特別適合我這樣的出差人羣，網速也很快，5樓的洗衣房洗衣計和烘乾機，洗完直接掛在旁邊，很是方便，值得推薦

態度生硬刻板，服務意識不強，就靠酒店設計加了一點分，優點，電梯口放了很多水，早餐尚可，停車費不免費，問前台，要不要錄車牌，她説直接出去好了，這個是免費還是不免費？？事實是不免費！

剛去的時候感覺酒店很一般、沒有安全性、電梯是公用的、二樓是一家足療店、前台服務很不錯、會詳細告訴你早餐時間等等、晚上11:30之前都可以吃夜宵哦一碗麪或者混沌、沒嘗就不評價好吃程度了、但是最起碼細心了、但是早餐確實驚艷了、雖然不大、很小、但是五臟俱全、品種不多、但味道都不錯…米線很好吃😋還是挺推薦的…

體驗極差的一次住宿，完全顛覆了我對美豪酒店的認知！
首先説衞生，整個房間有一股臭味，衞浴的毛巾有一股狗毛的味道。
衞生間的設施是壞的，而且存在巨大的安全隱患，具體看圖吧。
空調也是壞的，晚上12點被熱醒了，凌晨三點送來一台電風扇，説是衹能這樣解決。

房間大小合適，裝修有品味。臨馬路房子晚上略吵，要求後給調換。服務超暖心，免費送水送早午晚茶。有水果點心，晚上十一點半到酒店餐廳仍有綠豆湯，銀耳湯，現煮的餛飩湯麪等着你。餐廳大姐態度很好。旅途勞累回到酒店有回家的感覺。

非常超值的酒店，推薦入住，免費升級了房間，房間乾淨衞生，咖啡和酸奶小果盤都不錯，停車方便，還可免費洗車，還有免費下午茶和雞湯麪，小點心和瓶裝水隨用隨取，每位酒店員工都禮貌熱情，有到家的感覺，由於這次格爾木店的好印象，以後去別的城市會考慮美豪。
