Golmud Leica Hotel

The facilities need improvement, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is very attentive.

I stayed here for two days. The first day, the renovations were incredibly noisy. The second time, I had to check out late through the platform until 2 PM. I was half an hour late, and the front desk wanted to charge me for half a day's room. They told me checkout was at 12 PM, and their standard checkout time was 1 PM, but I had a late checkout through the platform until 2 PM, so the normal checkout time was 2 PM. They wanted half a day's room fee for being half an hour late. Then, a receptionist slammed his room key on the bar in protest; his attitude was terrible. I will never stay here again.

The room was terrible. There was no air conditioning. The front desk said it would cool down at night, but it still wasn't cool enough at 2 a.m. I slept with the windows open, and the neon lights across the street were too bright to sleep. The noise from the traffic was also too loud. This was a truly terrible experience on my trip to Qinghai. I also had to say that Ctrip's data tricks stung me. When I booked a room that afternoon, they kept recommending this hotel, but when I went to charge my phone, I found several hotels had rooms available. The hotel's cleanliness was also poor, with dirty sofas and carpets. The breakfast was also terrible, with poor quality and limited options.

Hot water is often unavailable, but other facilities are acceptable.

The room we booked for the movie screening was freezing cold, like an icebox. They wouldn't refund the price difference when we changed to a regular room, and the female receptionist was rude and spoke very aggressively!

The hotel decoration is very ordinary. I called to check out before 12 o'clock and was told that I had to leave before 1 o'clock. There was no hot water for showering. The stay experience was very bad.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was a very satisfying stay!

They called me before midnight and asked me to check out. I slept in the morning, but they called me at midnight. Which hotel has such an unfair clause? I give a bad review. I don't know what Ctrip's rules are. I checked out at 12 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock in the evening. The actual check-in time is only 12 hours, but Chinese law stipulates that hotel check-in is a 24-hour system.
