I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff has always been nice. They've been under construction for a while, but it seems like they're wrapping that up. I have no complaints about my stay.

The room was so clean. No smelly carpet but nice vinyl flooring. Usual hotel breakfast with eggs and sausage. Juices, coffee, etc. but a very nice eating area. I would definitely stay here again in our travels

The room was really spacious and clean. Although it was next to a questionable motel, the hotel was safe. Having never stayed in Goldsboro, I felt safe. The only thing my partner doesn’t like was the availability of napkins but it wasn’t that serious

Bathroom was very nice, clean big shower. Room and everything in looked nice and clean. Very reasonable price also!

This hotel is rundown and needs a good cleaning. The rugs in the elevator were dirty, my bathroom had a bad smell. The wall where my bed was on, had visible beverage stains (someone tried to clean it, but did a lousy job). Breakfast was great the last time I visited. Now, just powered eggs (looked like a muffin) a biscuit and gravy.

Staff was very friendly. Lots of dining options within easy driving but not walkable.
The breakfasts were OK but nothing special. I was much the same each morning and identical to the Holiday Inn.

It took three days for the housekeeping staff to dump my trash. I had extra trash from shopping. I let the front desk know three days in a row. I even went so far as to put the room trash on top of the extra trash, which I will mention was neatly stacked in a perfect rectangle. No trash was hanging out. It was very organized and just needed to be taken out. It took me placing an email to the management to get my trash. Dumped the day before I checked out And I stayed for five nights … the bedding had dirty foot prints on it. After my room was “cleaned”, the house keepers hair was in the bathroom sink and on my bed. It was truly an unfortunate experience, my son is stationed here, and I could feasibly be visiting quite frequently, it’s unfortunate that this will not be the hotel I stay at due to several reasons listed above.
