Hotel West of Canaan

It was comfortable and the staff were friendly, so I felt good, but it was inconvenient because there were no amenities such as meals.

While duplexes can be a bit uncomfortable, the standard rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was especially delicious. I recommend making a reservation at the hotel restaurant rather than at nearby restaurants.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Cleanliness, service, and the surrounding scenery were so wonderful that I regret only staying one night. I was worried about the weather, but thanks to the staff's diligent efforts to clear the snow, we were able to have a safe trip. I definitely want to come back again. It was truly wonderful.

As soon as I entered the room, I saw hair on the bed. The bottom of the wall next to the bathroom was damp, as if it was leaking, and there was scotch tape over it. I arrived early in the evening, but I couldn't make a dinner reservation. They said dinner reservations were closing early because it was a weekday. I tried to send a text message to let them know, but they said they couldn't send it because they didn't have my contact information. I had to fill out all my contact information when I signed up for membership, so what's the deal? Expensive for the facilities and services.

가족여행으로 문경에 들렸다가 선택한 숙소, 산속에 있고 시설이 오래돼 보이지만 편하게 쉬었어요. 근처에 식당이 없어 호텔 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 정갈하고 맛있는 식사여서 너무 만족스러웠어요.

주변에 아무것도 없어요 차가 필수 경치는 좋아요 조용하게 쉬기 좋은 숙소 입니다

겨울 한적하고 조용한 곳에서 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 수옥폭포도 기대이상으로 장관이었고, 꽁꽁얼은 저수지에서 얼음낚시한 모습도 신기했어요. 불법인것 같기는 했지만… 편안한 가족여행에 딱 인것 같아요.

조용하고 한적한곳에 위치한 숙소였고 조식또한 맛있었습니다. 호텔답게 깔끔하고 친절하였습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 연식이 있다보니 객실내 따뜻한물과 차를 마실수있는 시설과 서비스가없고 간단하게 먹거나 차나 간단히 다과를 즐길수있는 테이블또한 준비되어 있질않아 아쉬웠습니다.
