The hotel is in a great location. The view is beautiful. The breakfast was ok. But we need to be a little more friendly at the front desk. Smiles are free. But otherwise nice place.

Great hotel. Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly employees. Allows dogs which is a big plus. Grounds were very clean and well maintained.

In a beautiful location. Every staff encounter was warm and professional. Easy beach access. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Easy checkout. Wonderful hotel!!!

We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years now. We always go to Jekyll around this time for the globe hunt and we have always loved this hotel. Unfortunately it has really gone down hill in the past year. There were ceiling tiles missing with a bucket in the hallway that sat there for all 3 days we were there. The shower in our bathroom was dirty with lime and build up on the drain. The beds were so awful I ended up having to sleep on the couch which isn’t very comfortable to sleep on but I was desperate at that point. We even tried taking all the bedding for the other bed and putting it on ours to provide some type of cushion on the rock hard mattress but it wasn’t enough. The breakfast is normally great but the sausage had a funny taste to it and the potatoes were hard. Everything we normally love about this hotel just isn’t holding up anymore.

We loved our room on the 3rd floor. The layout of the hotel is unique, not just one long hall, so there is a feeling of privacy, esp as our room was at the end of a hall and away from the elevator. The room was clean and modern. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed being able to rent bikes at the hotel and ride around the island one afternoon. I would def stay here again.

Mattress was not soft. Felt like it needed to be replaced. Tv had no channels to watch. We got the message of the service contract has ended. Also the tv had a blue tone on the picture.

Evidently we got put in a handicap room. The bathtub had bars and a pull down seat that made it very tight! There was rust on drains in tub and sink. The towels were small and very rough… could use fabric softener & larger size.
Tried for early check in but no luck!
Bed was comfortable, lighting in both rooms was bad.

Amazing location but no extra blankets, light in shower out, refrigerator iced up and not working.
Wood work around elevators looking worn. Breakfast could not keep up with the crowd. There were NO tables available This could be a fantastic property
