Hotel Glenpool

Had some vehicle trouble on way home from women’s college World Series. Wasn’t sure about this place ( never heard of it ) but I would put this hotel above all the name brand hotels I’ve stayed. Very clean and quiet

Quiet place, safe location and plenty of parking spot. Convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Towels could be a little softer and more fruits could be added to breakfast (not just banana). Overall, worth the money.

The beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t efficient and was off and on all night.

Kitchenette was simply a cabinet with a sink, nice for the two days we chose to stay in, but wouldn’t agree that it had everything we would need to cook. The on site breakfast was extremely minimal, waffles, oatmeal, cereal coffee, and juice that came out clumpy👀. When I told the attendant Saturday morning she seemed more concerned with whatever I pulled her from in the back than looking in the cup. The shower was concerning, the linens dragged the floor and stayed wet, and shows. And the shower head seemed old and well ******.

The room was very clean. the only thing is the tv didn't work . When we called the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. we called twice and still didn't come. So we had to go to he front desk to get another remote and that remote didn't even work.

We have staying at this hotel for years and we have really enjoyed it. But this time not so much. The owners of this property is really letting the hotel go down hill. In the room we stayed in the walls and lamp shades were filthy and the water was like warm. Sad to say we will not be going back

Lobby & room were clean, tidy & fresh. Customer service was great; answering questions & helping with requests quickly. Hotel was well organized, quiet & restful

Staff were great but rooms had carpet coming up, stain on the chair and paint chipping. Beds were hard but doable. Room and bathroom were clean. Would stay again for price

Very nice and clean and very quiet the most quietest Hotel I've ever stayed in which made for a very nice sleep definitely will book again
