The whole place looks pretty run down. The room was clean but could definitely use some updating. It also had a lingering odor. The elevator was the slowest ever. I will say the housekeeping staff was lovely and friendly. Hilton should reconsider the key on your phone with the app as it is a pain to use.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for the past few months . every time I come here . The front desk manager Norma always goes above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Thursdays and Sunday every time I see her she's working very hard to make sure everyone as satisfied as possible with their room and everything that involves their stay here. George who also has a great attitude and will go to whatever length escape to fix whatever issue or problem may come up these two workers I look forward to seeing every time I come to stay I hope that their hard work can be rewarded thank you very much sincerely Jessica fi
