Congratulations to the staff of the restaurant, the food is home but well prepared, room, swimming pools and very clean baths, rich cocktails, some rooms have a lot of moisture. I bought a package of meals and all ”drinks”, visit them with a patient oncological treatment (does not drink alcoholic or sugary drinks) for my surprise within the package of drinks does not include aromatic water (a cup costs $4.000 and Then you can find them in the supermarket for $2.000 the X 20 units box) or coffee. Since I bought a package of drinks and one person wouldn't have to drink, find a official to ask for help, a boy called Felipe cared me who said to be a guest service, I explained the situation who responded would escalate it with the boss and the next day would give us a response. He never again talked to us or to confirm or deny the service. He asked me how many more people do the same to him, never answer the requests and simply guests make the decision not to return. I think the guest must be the most important, they didn't guarantee what the reservation included me, I had to pay aromatic water at the triple of the cost, and a official joked my request because he never gave him importance. If you are going to visit the hotel and have some kind of medical diagnosis check out very well before the food covers your needs, all drinks have sugar and there is no support for you anymore.

Even though the hotel is a little old and they were reopening, so they didn't have some specific things we required (not a big deal really). They did everything they could to make us feel at home. The service was perfect! They were very kind and responsive. We haven't felt like this in a long time. Thank you very much Jennifer and Wilson for your great job! If you are looking to relax and have a nice time with your friends, I would really recommend this hotel and its people!
