What an amazing place to stay. Jasmine is a wonderful host who will make sure you have the most amazing, peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and have all amenities. The homestay is super clean and has nice touches.Breakfast is delicious and plenty. There are a lot of choices when it comes to lunch and dinner with everything home made and delicious. Prices are very reasonable and you can enjoy your stay without the need to go to any restaurants outside. Free bicycles for use and you can rent a scooter for a reasonable price also. Jasmine is always available to answer any questions or any help you need. You will get plenty of tips from her to visit nearby attractions or any other info you need. It was simply amazing and peaceful stay. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place in Ninh Binh look no further.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, wish we'd stayed longer, such a wonderful family and jasmine the owner is so lovely. We were so well fed and the food was just incredible. Will definitely be back here.

This home stay is just great, you have everything you need, it is simple but clean bedsheet, clean overall, bathroom is ok for home stay. The highlights are renting motorbike from them, the FOOD and hospitality are spot on, the food might be the best you will eat in Vietnam, good home food, fried banana 😍 spring rolls the list can be very extensive. We will recommend this place to all our friends if they are visiting the region! Thank you Jasmine and team.

Very peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc. We thought this place was great value, gracious hosts, and comfortable accommodations. We went for the evening set dinner and it did not disappoint. Portions were more than generous, varied each night, and was delicious. We were able to rent a motor scooter each day, which is pretty much a necessity to visit other sites (or coordinate a driver). There is a nice looking swimming pool, which we didn't use, as it can get quite cool in January in Ninh Binh.

We picked this place because it was the cheapest, but it was one of the most spacious and luxurious places we stayed on our trip. The owner went above and beyond for us and our fellow guests, even helping out a solo traveler who was being harassed by her taxi driver. Get the cuon cake for breakfast!

A beautiful little homestay, providing everything you need. Great service, amazing breakfast and such helpful people. Even if the English was a bit difficult for them, they tried their very best to help us with all questions, additional bookings and getting to the sights. Also, they were really humble and didn’t even want to take the tip we gave them. We can only recommend the place. Thank you so much for the great stay!
