A short walk away for night shop. There is a pub on the boat just down the river. Couple of good places to eat close by

+ The place looks clean and renovated. + Contactless check-in came smoothly. + There is a kayak rental and a pier just in from of the apartments. + Equipped with cooking stoves, a microwave and kitchenware. - No elevator, the stairway is extremely narrow and if you have heavy suitcases be prepared. - No air con just a ceiling fan, it was extremely hot inside and the fan just blew hot air around the room. - I felt insulted by the request upon checkout to clean and arrange all dishes, remove all linen from the beds, recycle and throw away trash. - The view is not as good as on the photos. - Noisy construction just in from of the windows - Very small shower cabin with a curtain sticking to your bum as you take shower and water splashing all over the floor. -No TV, no balcony, no cleaning service -25 minutes walk from the center - Far from parking, street parking very expensive

The rooms are very neat and clean. Good service. Staff is very friendly. The view is beautiful. It's really cosy. We all liked it for our vacation. It's on a good location, if you want to discover Gent. The cafeteria is really close to the location. I recommend everyone.

Simple, clean, minimalist apartment. The on-site kayaking is nice! Location is a bit off from the center of Gent but there are bus stops nearby that'll get you to the center. Staff are friendly and accommodating! A good price for what you get.

The property was decorated nicely and spacious for one person. Excellent communication from Host and optional activities available. Could benefit from a tv for entertainment. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Exploring Ghent by day and returning to a cozy, welcoming place at night made my trip truly memorable. If you are looking for a zero “fcks” given place to stay, this is it. Not even a bottle of soap for the shower. You can hear the neighboaurs fart, as well as everyone coming in and out at all hours. If someone turns around in their bed across the hall, you can hear it. This is like an ikea playground and of the cheapest variety. They do absolutely nothing to ensure you stay here again when you return. The bedding had a tear in it as well, just not a nice place. To top it off, you must do their work for them, remove the bedding and leave on the floor on your way out. For very little more you can get a lot more in Ghent, don’t stay here
