I actually like staying here because of the cost. My only issue is having to clean what should have been done in the first place. I want to make a suggestion.... Please move things when you clean. The television was stuck to the dresser, it seemed like someone had spilled something sticky and let it dry. The fridge needed a wipe out. The lamp shades and fixtures are extremely dusty. I hope this review helps management. After all it's not like they can check behind every person that's cleaning. I travel with my own cleaning products so with the exception of making the beds, replacing towels and changing trash bags, the room itself was left cleaner than when I checked in. BUT THE STAFF IS GREAT!!! I LIKE STAYING HERE THEY JUST NEED TO STAY ON TOP OF THE CLEANING CREW!! Clean towels and sheets do not hide dust/grime.

This was one of my favorite stays in Gettysburg and I travel there often. For a value hotel, this place is beyond expectations. One thing that made it truly special was the Fire TV and because of how busy it was, they gave me a free upgrade to the family room suite which was incredible!! I saw a regular king room in a friends room which was a great, clean updated look. Well done Super 8. Also, the hotel staff was beyond helpful and attentive.

Very clean room. Large with a small tableand 2 chairs which was nice to dot and eat nice people and friendly. Fridge and mic4o. Would stay again.

The room was super clean. It had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. If we should visit again we wouldn't hesitate to choose Super 8 Gettysburg.

My son and I love the hotel. We made a reservation to return before we checked out. Our only problems were that the pillows were really uncomfortable. Both of us found this to be the case. I had a stiff neck the whole next day with a bad headache. Next time I will bring my own. Also, one of the towels was ripped and stained with grease. The breakfast was terrible. There was nothing I could eat. There is a Perkins and Dunkin' within walking distance.

Good option for our trip, convenient and fairly quiet at a good price. The rooms were clean. However our toilet was super short and the floor of the room above us was squeaky. Now, as far as breakfast, don’t expect much! There was no fruit and what few options offered were all carbs, so if you have dietary restrictions (like GF) beware. The coffee was terrible but there is a Dunkin Donuts next door.

We like that it was close to downtown and shopping.We didn't like the fact that the room was facing the back right next to the breakfast are and front desk. We didn't like the answers we received as far as payment for the room. One person said it was prepaid on my Discover account but I didn't have so I used a Visa. Another person said it was not prepaid so I paid with my Visa. The breakfast was so-so.
