Four Points by Sheraton Georgetown

This is supposedly the newest and best hotel in the country, but it's a complete mess. Located far from the city center on the highway, there aren't even any signs; even experienced local drivers got lost. The hotel is newly opened and already chaotic. I was the only guest, and it took me half an hour to check in, with numerous mistakes, resulting in me being charged twice. The food service is also completely inadequate, offering only two options. There's no proper chef; the steak was simply heated up and served with some stir-fried cabbage—it was awful, and it cost $90, more expensive than in New York! The room reeked, and the toilet was yellowed; it's truly an eyesore.
