The bedding is clean and comfortable. Toiletries is provided. Pillow is soft and comfy. Parking is difficult. Hotel only provide 10 parking spot and is quite difficult to get parking on roadside during business hour.

Overall, a fantastic stay! The location is superb, making it easy to get around for shopping and sightseeing. The room was clean and well-maintained, fully equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was super comfy – I slept soundly. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. It's great value for money, and staying here made my trip hassle-free. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Penang!

The room is nice, the bed is a little narrow, the Aircon switched off middle of the night, and I have to personally switch it on again. Other than that, everything is just fine for a night stay.

The room itself was very spacious, which I was really happy with, and that was definitely one of the main positives of the stay. The pool was also a nice addition, although it could use an occasional clean and there was a few bits in the water. Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great – there were stains on the bed sheets, and the room felt a bit dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. One thing that really stood out was that there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom. When I asked reception about this, I was told that they don’t provide hand soap at all, which was quite strange, they later provided bottle of hand soap in my room. I also tried to be mindful of electricity use by turning off the lights whenever I left the room, but after housekeeping visited, the lights were often left on again, which felt wasteful. Overall, it’s a alright budget option if you just need somewhere basic to stay, but there are definitely other hotels that may have been better for a similar price.

Hotel location is a plus point, surrounded by many local restaurants and cafe, just the car parking spaces are very limited, not so convenient for the visitor who drives car. No mineral water provided, need to get filtered water outside the room. in front of hotel has many trees and you would have high chance to hit by bird shits every day.

Very good location. Opposite got nice dim sum and Hokkien mee! Walking distance to buy Ghee Hiang biscuits. Only complaint is seems got some smell on the toilet drain. Overall good for traveller.

The three of us booked a triple bed, the air conditioning was cold enough and the bath was hot enough. This hotel can call a taxi service is very convenient and suitable for foreigners' requirements.Thank you for the service👍🏻👍🏻

Good staff n the location is the best.. centre of Penang Island. The ammenities are superb but the cleanlines are average because the floor trap are too smelly.

Location around 1.5 km away from many tourist attractions, like upside museum, UNESCO heritage sites etc.. we had to grab taxi everytime. There is a pool on 1st floor, big enough for children to swim around. Its from 7 am to 7 pm. But to be honest, it could be until 9 pm, kind of strict rules. Check-in counter staff was not that welcoming / nor smile, neither kind words/ But cleaning staff and security was kind, smiling every time as we enter the hotel.

Great location, many restaurants and hawkers nearby, great room and very clean as well.
