Let me first say the conclusion: if you like this style, you can experience and choose it, but if you have requirements for accommodation facilities, you need to think carefully. I was entangled after reading other people's comments before booking, but considering the good location, I finally chose this one. I was really wowed from entering the hotel to the room. The style and decoration are very eye-catching. The room is also quite large, with two floors upstairs and downstairs (in fact, two people stay on the second floor and basically don't go there). After checking in, I began to find several problems: the layout of the bathroom is very inconvenient to use in practice (for example, the handheld shower is a certain distance away from the glass-partitioned shower room, and water splashes everywhere when used); there is no bedside table and the most important bedside plug-in facilities, so mobile phones or other things that need to be charged can only be charged in the cabinet where the tea cups are placed; the Stewart room type is really noisy facing the street (at least until after 12 o'clock in the morning). The hotel is designed with 16 rooms distributed on both sides of the second floor (8 rooms each). One side is full of Stewart duplex rooms, facing the street where Indians gather; the other side is Argus rooms facing the quiet street, and of course the room prices also reflect the difference. In fact, the hotel is good. After all, it was rebuilt from seven very dilapidated old houses. I really admire it after seeing the before and after renovation. Choosing here is more about experiencing the old house of Nyonya culture. If measured by the facilities of a four-star or five-star hotel, it is definitely lacking.
