wifi信號不好，手機信號也差，在房間裏幾乎上不了網。海景房窗户很臟。房間設施比較老舊。

Old facilities and need to change the furniture but nice view

冷氣有點不足，今次是住宿兩天，我覺得小毛巾沒有替我更換，其他都是滿意

The hotel is bit old but we'll maintained, clean, the lobby is grand, the landscape in front of the lobby is nice. Strategic location, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and mini Mart are within walking distance. Will return.

Good service. Received room upgrade with seaview. Easy private and public parking availability.

The service attitude of the hotel is good, and there is also Chinese service. I booked TWN and asked him to change the bed to a large bed. It is worthy of praise👍. However, the room facilities are relatively old, especially the old-fashioned air conditioner. The engine cannot be adjusted at night, and it is basically useless for three nights. rest well!

One of my family favourite hotel to go for Penang

Would always book Evergreen Laurel because have been staying for years. As years go by, the hotel seems to have aged, maybe because new hotels and residence came up. Price wise however, still affordable. So, continue with my stay till now. Perhaps some upgrades would be nice :-) Thank you Evergreen team for wonderful stays. Will be staying at your hotel again coming July 2024. Looking forward :-)) With best regards, Carina
